Wonderful sponge for makeup application. It holds water well so it doesnt soak up much make up. Blends perfectly

This Cover FX blending sponge blended my foundation out nicely. With that being said, I won’t be reordering it. It’s far from a deal. I have used many different blending sponges from different brands and to me they’re nearly all the same. What I will say is that I have dealt with a couple of blending sponges that quickly stained or had a rough texture. This Cover FX blending sponge didn’t quickly discolor and it doesn’t have a rough texture.

I decided to try this concealing and setting sponge for more precise makeup application, and it has quickly become a staple in my routine.Experience with the Product: The teardrop shape is perfect for getting into all the nooks and crannies, especially under my eyes. I love how the sponge side blends concealers seamlessly, and the velvet puff side is ideal for setting powder without any mess. It's easy to use and feels comfortable on my skin.Benefits and Drawbacks: The sponge works great for both blending and setting. The only small downside is that it can be a bit tricky to clean, but that's typical for many sponges.Conclusion: I highly recommend this if you're looking for an easy-to-use, versatile tool for a flawless makeup application!

I’ve used various brands of sponges to blend in my makeup and this is just as good as my Real Techniques sponge. The sides of this are great for getting small nooks and crannies and I’ve been using this with my Illia skincare tint. I try to rinse this out once a week and makeup washes out well with a little bit of soap.

I was a little confused on how exactly to use this sponge and I think more clear instructions from CoverFX would be helpful because this is more of a unique product on the market vs other sponges.This sponge is about the same size as a dry Beauty Blender and has a similar shape to a Beauty Blender, but this one has a long/flat pointy end to get under the eyes. I prefer to wet my makeup sponges before using them for foundation or concealer; however, there wasn't any instructions on if this sponge should be used damp or dry, so I am assuming it's meant to be dry because of the velvet material. The sponge has a medium-firm consistency and the flat side is made from a velvet material. Based off the product listing photos, I believe you can use the velvet side for both liquid face products and powders. However, I specifically used the sponge side to blend my liquid concealer under my eyes and then used the velvet side to set my under eyes + face. The sponge side works just like any other beauty sponge for blending product and I didn't really notice anything unique. However, I really liked using the velvet side to set my face and bake my under eyes. I used the Nabla Close-Up Baking & Setting Powder from Ulta and when paired with the velvet side, it works like magic. It sets your makeup so beautifully and blurs my undereye makeup so well. I don't notice as much fine lines peeking through and it applies the perfect amount of product.This sponge and the Nabla powder has become my new favorites and I will continue to use the pair moving forward. However, because I am only able to use this sponge for my under eye concealer and setting/baking, I do think $16 is a little much.

This CoverFX concealing and setting sponge is great for my undereyes and other areas. It is good quality and I like it better than my beauty blender because of the larger flat surface.

No complaints with this FX sponge. I use it mainly for my tinted moisturizer and it blends in quite nicely. I like that it is flat on one side and tapers near the top so I can get my smaller areas done like the under eye spots. At this price, perhaps a small case to hold it in would be appropriate.

I like this applicator . I initially thought it was a little too rough and firm but i misted it with water ( like I do all my sponge applicators ) right before use -and it blended my foundation nicely . I like the medium size with the precision tip as it allows for me to comfortably use it even with long nails and smooth out the foundation around the hard to reach areas such as the sides of my nose and hairline seamlesslyIf you prefer a softer and pillowy sponge this may not be for you. Although overall I really liked this
