Worked Great on my 06 Pontiac G6
So I got this because I was tired of going down to the part store and have them run the diagnostic on my 06 Pontiac G6 every time the check engine light came on or any other light for that matter. It took me a little while to figure the proper way of using this diagnostic scan tool and I'm still learning. But once you have it figure it out this thing is super easy to use, it does everything it says it does it reads codes it gives you the information on what may be the cause of the problem that you're having that gives you a whole lot of information and detail more than I thought but once you start to figure it out it gets a little easier I'm not a mechanic so if I have a problem with a car and I take it to the shop I want at least have an idea of what the problem May or can be and this little tool definitely will help with that and hopefully save me money in the long run. I did have a mechanic show me how to use it at least the basics of it and I had a couple things done and the tool was able to reset to get some of the lights off that were flashing on my dashboard. But this thing has a ton of information that it gives you again what could be the root of the problem that you're having and it's quick to run the diagnostic just a couple minutes and you're getting the information just as quickly you just have to get it to your computer and your Wi-Fi and all that good stuff that you need to utilize this this tool properly. But yeah I'm I'm hoping this again will in the long run save me some money and some needless work done if any of the cars that I have or my wife's or any of my kids we can use this tool to again get a general idea of what may be the problem hopefully save a little money too and not going into the mechanic so blindly and just rely on everything they say. I like it I think it's well worth the price it's it's definitely a great value for what you're getting out of it. I would definitely recommend it but I would also recommend if you haven't used one before have someone that knows and haves used it or one like it show you the ropes with it it makes it a lot easier when you're just learning.

Great value
This is great little scanner. It reads codes and other simple car diagnostics. I picked this up to save me a trip to the auto parts store to read codes in order to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. Highly recommend picking this up for your vehicle. There are some cheaper options available but this one is pretty feature rich compared to some that offer less at an even higher price point.

Works great
This is a nice looking well backlit OBD 2 scanner and I have used it so far on a 2019 Kia soul to do a transmission error reset and on a 2006 Honda Accord where we were reading generic issues to make sure everything was OK and also on a 2012 Lexus GX 462 verify operational sensors while driving, especially with the coolant temperature. My wife’s Kia has a ABS light on, but it did not pick that up and it did not show up as an OBD two code so I guess that means we have to go to the shop on that one. I will try another wireless OBD to device to make sure it’s not this particular unit which I doubt it is.Reset is quick, which I like. The screen is straight to the point of what you need to knowVery pleased with the size as it’s almost like holding an iPhone Pro Max in your handCable link is adequate as well, which is important for meIt’s a very good price for the value of what you’re getting and I highly recommend that you give this a try. It’s a keeper.

OBD2 Scanner
I got this scanner to hopefully figure out what was wrong with my car. I have a BMW and no one really wants to work on it. The scanner is so easy to hook up, all you have to do is plug it into the OBD port below your dash and read the codes. The scanner is super easy to run and is just plug and play. You can read and clear codes with the touch of a button. It told me exactly what was wrong with my car. It has tons of extra features like data logging and code retrieval. Honestly this is the best code scanner I have used. We have a very expensive one that reads live data in my Husbands diesel truck but it was super expensive and really is locked to his vin. This code reader was affordable and easy to use. I gave this 5+ Stars. This is a must have for anyone who has a car! Just order it!

OBD 2 scanner
I ordered this OBD 2 scanner from Topdiag for my husband. He tried it out on his Dodge Charger and he reports that it works well and is easy to use. He said that it shows codes that the cheap one from the auto parts store does not show. He like that it can be hooked up to a computer to update the scanner. He found some codes that didn't show on the cheaper OBD 2 scanner.

Inexpensive code reader
This is a great little code reader for tossing in a toolbox. It will clear codes, too.

Straightforward
Very intuitive to use. DTCs is one thing, but having access to and being able to record live data is huge for troubleshooting. That puts this quite a bit above cheaper models that don't have that feature. I tested this primarily on my '13 Accord (2.4 6 speed), but it worked on my Ranger as well. It should really work for almost every single OBDII equipped vehicle.I definitely recommend this, no questions. It's a great value. It's like $15 over your run-of-the-mill models that lack lookups, live data, etc. (this includes the cheap ones they sell at the parts store).
