Effective, easy to use
Shipping was quick and these nemetodes did a really good job in eliminating those pesky gnats.I had a gnat infestation in two of my succulent pots and one cactus pot. The gnats were tripling their numbers by the minute. I used the yellow sticky traps and that only works on moderately containing the widespread infestation. With over 100+ tropical plants, multiple humidifiers running 24/7, and soft baby plants congregated in one area, I needed a solid solution.Once you get past the idea of worms (which you can’t even see with a naked eye), applying this is pretty easy.I timed my watering schedule so the plants would be pretty dried out and thirsty when the nemetodes arrived. I followed the instructions and then added a tad bit (about half a finger nail) of nemetode + a venti size cup filter water and watered the plants per usual. The effect was immediate and the number of gnats reduced significantly. I swear by nemetodes and recommend them to anyone who’s dealing with gnat problems.Just remember to NOT do anything that can kill those guys (spray down plant and soil with neem, etc) prior to their arrival. Keep the affected plants clean with enough time so you don’t accidentally kill the nemetodes.

Only solution!
This product is the one and absolute only problem to any kind of plant pests. I always try to get by with neem oil and mosquito bites and diatomaceous earth and then get fed up and say why didn't I just order the nematodes because none of the other stuff takes care of the problem once and for all. I do it once a year or more if I have a problem. The problems are usually caused by my own negligence such as buying a house plant from Lowe's and it infecting the rest of my plants, or bringing in not fully composted compost.

Very carefully packed and ice pack was still frozen
I could see that they were alive on arrival,(under a microscope).

Using this material again - last year the results were very satisfactory

Did not work for me.
I was excited to try something natural to get rid of the gnats. Directions were followed exacting and 3 weeks later the gnats are worse than ever. Since application I read a review about how to make sure the nematodes are alive upon arrival, wish I would have known that before spending the money and time.

Effective non-toxic flea control
Timing application to the weather gets good results. We still use other flea control methods, we aren't brave enough to risk playing catch-up on the flea season if too many fleas slip by this product.

They're Alive!
I woke up this spring to large areas of completely dead lawn. Putting the clues together (skunks last year was a big one) realized it was due to Grubs.Ordered the 25 million BioLogic BNs on 3/16/16 (they send packages early in the week so they don't sit over the weekend) and they arrived on 3/23/16 with the following printed on the pack... "Packed on 3/21/16 - Use by 4/20/16"Luckily, there was a good rain expected toward the end of the day on the 24th, so I gathered over a gallon of rain water in a bucket and emptied the packet into it.Being a skeptical, analytical type, I dripped some of the liquid onto a reservoir slide to look at it under a microscope. A rough count of what I saw (80 live/20 dead) was astounding! To see that many live worms in such a small sample was exciting and let me know that a little goes a long way!I only have a plastic watering can, didn't fill it all the way, measured 2 cups of nematode water each time and ended up filling it maybe 10 times. It was time consuming that way and hope to invest in a hose-end sprayer, but wanted to avoid using chlorinated tap water for this initial try.Normally, I'd wait to see results before leaving a review, but plan on re-sodding one area that I treated with these nematodes in a couple weeks. The Grubs should be home to baby nematodes by then, from what I've read, we'll see....Edited to add, I just noticed the price just went up from 49.99 to 59.99 (I just received mine yesterday and used some 'bonus points' to get it for 42 dollars.I couldn't justify 60 dollars for this. I'll update this review, but will search for a more affordable option for the fall application.

Low Viability - 3 day shipping
I tried two 25 million packets. It took 4 days the first time arriving Thursday and the next 3 days. Each time the cold pack was liquid and thawed. The viability was probably 15% or so under magnification. They accepted a refund for the first order, and these aren’t the easiest to get so three stars! Faster shipping isn’t an option unfortunately, being living creatures I’m sure complicates things. Planning to try another brand with more than one type next time.
