I absolutely love this bread oven; perfect bread every time! It is smaller than I expected, but actually perfect size loaf pan. Nice heavy cast iron that withstands high temps. The only thing I don’t like about it are the handles. I plan to buy another one, but round.

It is a solid loaf Dutch oven. Works well and produced a beautiful sourdough rye loaf! Glad I made the purchase but do wish it was a little larger.

It’s smaller than I expected. But otherwise great. Another companies product chipped when it hit 500 degrees but not this one so far.

I’ve been making bread a long time, I always have used a standard loaf pan. This wonderful bread Dutch oven has completely changed my game. Now my usual 3-cup loaf recipe turns out a beautiful, perfect golden brown oval loaf every time. It’s heavy cast iron with a pretty ceramic glaze (I got a red one!). Cleaning and maintenance are easy. I’m really delighted with this new pan.

I was really leary of buying this because of the price, however, it was totally worth it. I was baking my sourdough bread in an uncovered glass dish before & it just wasn’t rising at the cut, even though I had a pan of water on the bottom rack for steam. The 1st time I used this cast iron pan, it rose perfectly at the cut! I baked my bread 20 minutes with the lid on, then 25 more minutes with the lid off. It is a little heavy, obviously, because it is cast iron. I use parchment paper under my bread. It looked really small when I first took it out of the box, but it fits my loaf size perfectly! Glad I made the purchase!

this is not “nonstick” or “enameled”, it is just standard cast iron. the outside is pretty enamel but the inside is just plain old cast iron, nothing nonstick or enameled about it.returned and bought an actual enameled dutch oven.
