My son just turned 10 and he loves everything to do w the military and things they wear… that being said he wanted me to order this for him for him to go with his uniform .. and he absolutely loves it…

My Sonos a little strange with the cosplay sometimes, but he loves it and it actually a really world war gas mask. Great quality but looks so hot and uncomfortable to me, war or war games my son assures me it is different.

Used it for a Halloween costume for my 12 year old. Worked great.

Read carefully, it shows a filter, and canteen. It is only the mask. Very misleading.

It is exactly what I needed for my outfits and what I wanted for a more post apocalyptic look! It’s super cute and easy to take on and off. It’s shouldn’t be used for an actual gas mask but for an outfit it is wonderful!!

I bought this and one other style. This has the much smaller field of vision but I liked the fit around my face and the ease of tightening the straps. I was able to get a full seal with no discomfortThe other is more functional with 3 filter inputs and a panoramic field of vision. Also good but I felt the frame had to be too tight on my face to get the seal you need.

This is more compact than many full face respirators. It seems to be a Chinese copy of an Israeli gas mask, but who knows. The listing claims "Made in the USA and Imported" (which doesn't make any sense) and has a US flag in the listing photos, which weirdly is a frequent trope of respirator listings for Chinese made products.The listing claims the mask is made of Silicone, which means it is not an authentic Israeli CBRN mask. Silicone is not compatible with the full range of CBRN contaminants. The real military grade mask of this style is made from butyl rubber.The listing suggests that this can be used for paintball but there is nothing about this mask that gives any reason to believe it is impact rated or meets any impact standard.This makes a fun cosplay mask, but it is not a genuine and approved CBRN mask. It may work as a respirator, but you should not use it for any hazardous situations. It may be suitable for nuisance level protection when used with an appropriate filter cartridge if it fits you well and passes a fit test. It is not a NIOSH approved respirator.
