I am a retired MD with very unstable blood pressure, so I am fussy about monitors. I have two Omron upper arm monitors that are very accurate, but I need a wrist monitor when I am out of the house. I have tried several different brands including an Omron wrist monitor and found them all inaccurate. Usually the systolic readings are 10- 20 points lower. But I want to share with other users my new discovery that the inaccurate readings had to do with the wrist position. If I put my wrist at the heart level, as they tell you, the systolic reading would be lower by 20 points, and the diastolic reading by 5. If I sit in a chair and put my wrist on my lap, the readings would be almost correct. My point is that you have to try it multiple times to find the right wrist position in relation to the heart . I don't know if they had said so in the menu as I can't see fine prints . Too bad I had tossed out the other wrist monitors so I don't know if they all worked the same way. In all, the DrKea wrist monitor is easy to use, light weight and comes with a solid carrying case. The price is unbeatable.

After my Omron 3 died, I decided to try this Automatic Blood Pressure Cuff Monitor due to its low price. It is better than I expected. It is very easy to use. Just put on your wrist then press ON, that’s it. The result is accurate compare to my Mom’s Omron 3. It comes with battery so you can use it right after receive it. It has large screen and big number display. I like how small it is so you can bring it with you anywhere you go. Compact, portable, accurate, inexpensive, simple to use and many memory functions. Recommend.

I have gestational hypertension and need to monitor by Blood pressure at least twice a day and found this cuff to be the perfect size to take with me everywhere. I brought it with me to one if my appointments and it was an accurate reading. I recommend this product.

This works perfectly I am so glad that I bought it. My family does have issues with blood pressure so it's nice to be able to measure everybody's at home and in a quick way. I definitely recommend it as far as I can tell it's spot-on! It comes with batteries, so you can use it straight out of the box! I love that it has a memory function as well as a guage that tells you if your pressure is too high, normal, low... Etc...

It's not at all reliable, which is dangerous. If your BP issues are bad enough to warrant carrying a device such as this to keep track of it, as mine are, it needs to be pretty reliable. The readings I get on this cuff are never remotely close to the readings from my arm monitor, regardless of what position I lay my arm in. I hate to have to carry that arm monitor everywhere I go, but until I find a more reliable compact model, I guess I'll have to.*EDIT: After posting this review, the seller has offered another product free of charge, which I have accepted. I will make further edits after this new monitor is received, and hopefully be able to change my rating. Very appreciative of KeaWorld for this offer.** Unfortunately the replacement wasn't much better than the first. But I will give four stars, not for the product, but for customer service. These folks have done their best to make it right, it's just not a very good product.

This devices comes with deal for $16.96 which is good deal.Thing I like about this monitor is small and elegant. The material for the scuff is soft and comfortable.I have small wrist so I don’t have any problems with size. I think it can easily fit bigger wrist.You can use this devices without help from another person which is a plus.Compare to Omron monitor, this is 1/3 of the price. It brings a value to a table. Measure is quite as accurate with 3 times.I would recommend this to my family.Only thing to improve is devices should have a mode for 1-2 person so it can record daily log for every individual. In that case of sharing, I can keep track my BP easier. Right now, I can write my umber on separate paper. It won’t be a big issue. Very compact, light weight and accurate. Just follow the instructions to get accurate readings. Initially was sceptical, but after using many times I am very happy about my purchase. I have already recommended this to few of my friends and relatives. You can literally carry in your pocket. Totally worth the purchase especially if you have to check your BP manytimes a day.

Bought it to check my blood pressure every day at home as I have a history of very low blood pressure. It reads same results as the monitor my doctor uses on me.So that tells me that this is a good product. This product also reads the heart rate..... bonus.

Great simple to operate and appears pretty accurate. Less uncomfortable than usual BP cuffs.
