Love it........
In 1996 I suffered a C2 fracture that resulted in daily neck issues. I bought this in the hope that it would assist in allowing my neck a rest for a short period of time. Wow does it deliver. The moment that I put my head in I am instantly soothed and completely relaxed. I could fall asleep its that perfect. I use it for the recommended 10 minutes daily and I have found the tension easing significantly. Even if you have no neck issues this feels great as all of family also uses it.

Really helped alleviate my neck pain
I saw a similar item in an ad on FB for more than twice the price of this Neck Hammock. I have suffered with neck pain all my life, and when I saw this concept, I really wanted to give it a try. My hope was that it would work for me and give me some relief from the pain. I order almost everything I can from Amazon, because their customer service is so good. They offer several different Neck Hammocks, so I ordered this item mostly based on pricing, but also because it comes with a sleep mask and has padded neck and sides for additional comfort. I received it in just 2 days. It's very easy to use, and is very comfortable. Just hang it from a door knob, lay on your back, put your head it the hammock, and relax for awhile. I stay in it for about 10 minutes, once a day, and it has seriously helped to lessen the pain that I have always had. If I could give this 6 stars, I would. It's worth every penny I paid for it. I not only recommend this to a friend, I'm buying one for my friend.

Broke on first use
This product is made with poor quality materials, it broke on the first use and the bungee hit me as it broke. My friend showed me her neck hammock which is the original brand and I loved it, thought I would save myself some money but this is borderline dangerous.

Helpful
I have some neck problems and headaches from sitting at a desk all day working on computer. I came across this product and thought I should give it a try and I’m glad I did. I have been using it for some time now and honestly this thing is a game changer. It’s part of my night time routine now for 15 min. I'm already feeling relief in my neck. It also helps me getting rid of my headache and relaxes me before bed.

Very effective product!
I was initially skeptical of this product but after sitting in front of a computer and feeling strain in both my neck and lower back lasting long after the work day ended I ordered this product. I could not be more pleased. This was easy to set up and after just ten minutes using this neck hammock I felt relief in both my neck and lower back. This has cut down on my trips to the chiropractor. Excellent product, reasonable price.

1/10 would never buy again
Doesn’t come with accurate instructions. Nowhere to YouTube and look up how to use properly. Just knockoff junk really. Wish I would have returned it.1/10 would never buy again

Didn’t work for me
The strap is too long that my head doesn’t come off the floor. When I wrap it around the knob twice it doesn’t stay in place and unravels. My doorknobs are the circular ones, and a few of the reviews it shows a different type of door handle. I really thought this would take my neck pain away, but I cannot seem to get it to work for me. I’m disappointed to say the least.

It was a little difficult to figure out what to connect it on and still be comfortable on the bed
I tried this because I have a lot of neck and shoulder problems, I have used traction in the past at PT, but wanted something I could try at home. It was a little difficult to figure out what to connect it on and still be comfortable on the bed. My husband figured out how to make it work. I did feel some relief after using it a time or two. I just gave a 4 star because it needs better instructions with it.
