I didn’t know how to contact you therefore I’ve written it here in the hope you will assist. We purchased this and my daughter loves it, we have started out painting however when getting to some of the paint pots they are dry and we are unable to use them. Could you please tell me if your able to send out more paint please. Thank you for your help.

This painting is great for beginners as each section is quite large. My daughter is almost 8 years old and she really enjoyed doing this during the lockdown. So much that she has asked for another one. It took her one week to complete it, doing a little each day.I was happy with the paints, there was plenty to complete the painting and none had dried up.The canvas does come folded, so I had to iron the back of it using a tea towel to get the creases out.

Some paints dried out and could not completely finish but very fun

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter as a holiday craft activity - we were away to a wee cottage. It was much more impressive than I expected and large. She started it and then her dad and I joined in and did bits too. It’s now on the wall and a lovely holiday memory for us all. It looks great.

I've had other products so knew what to expect, this one i chose as gift for someone new to painting by numbers, it is less complicated and numbers little clearer to see. The canvasses are folded on arrival, but easily sorted by ironing on reverse. The canvas is a decent size. Paints ample for the project. Brushes are cheap but usable, I swap for my own. These are lovely when completed and can be framed. Can't wait to see how this one turns out!

My son was excited to receive this item. Sadly half of the paints seem to be dried up, so it made it a tricker product to use.

I bought this for my eight year old niece as a birthday present and she completed it within a day! It was larger than I expected, but it was a happy thing to discover.

The paints and everything seems fine so far, but it's impossible to get the creases out. We've tried ironing it multiple times and hanging it up but the creases are still there. It's a shame as we've paid a little bit more money for others in the past which came in a roll so you don't have this problem

Ich habe mich sehr darauf gefreut das Bild zu malen. Leider sind die Rosa-/Pinktöne alle komplett ausgetrocknet-wie Kaugummi. Die Orange (16) ebenso. Ich habe versucht mit Wasser bzw etwas Alkohol die 16 zu verdünnen. Es funktioniert nur bedingt, da die Farbe doch dann sehr klumpte. Lassen wir uns von den 5,10, 14 und 18al überraschen, wie es da läuft.Ansonsten hätte es defintiv die 5 Sterne gegeben, da das Bild wirklich Spaß macht zu malen :)
