The 2 Pack Magnesium Cream arrived the next day.The 2 tubs of cream was well packedIt has a very pleasant smell which was not too strong.As a transdermal cream it helps with dry skin which I suffer from and it also helps relax me and promotes good sleep.It also has in it almond oil and vitamin E and is not greasy and easy to put on. I really like this cream and would recommend.

I’m not sure if it’s placebo or if it’s because I’m replenishing magnesium into my system, I have no way to be able to tell, but taking a supplement and the spray has indeed made a difference and I’m just happy that my natural tiredness has returned. This topical cream is more pleasant to apply as I find the spray has a rather greasy feel. As an added plus this cream has a pleasant clean aroma, and had a positive effect when I applied to an atopic eczema area on my elbow which has now cleared up.£9 for 90g of this product seems expensive, but it lasts a good while and it’s better value when purchased in a twin pack. You don’t need much, a little goes a long way. I seem to feel a warm sensation where I apply this cream which I don’t notice with the oil. The only part I’m not too happy with is there’s no measurements of active ingredient mentioned on the box or tub, although there is a product dosage given on the cream which is missing from the spray version. This provides a little more confidence I’m not overdoing it.

Purchased because reviews seemed positive for helping with restless leg syndrome. On using the product, I agree the cream has a weird smell and I'm not convinced it's helping my RLS as I'm still having to resort to medication for any type of relief. One benefit, my skin felt super soft after using!!

The magnesium cream is nicely packaged in tubs with a strong internal lid to prevent any spills. The white cream inside is quite thick but melts into the skin application and has a pleasant aroma. The directions are nice and clear and specify that only small amounts of cream are needed.I was sceptical of the claims made, that magnesium cream can help to reduce stress, relax your muscles and lead to restful sleep. I applied the cream as directed and it was absorbed straight away into my skin, including the soles of my feet. The outcome was a better nights sleep and less muscular aches. I also have quite sensitive skin and experienced no adverse reaction to the application of the cream.I appreciate that everyone is different and may, or may not, have a similar experience. I'm also not sure of the reasons for this beneficial experience but can only report the experience for me. I will continue to use this cream regularly as part of my night time routine to see if this improvement is sustained.

This is a two pack of magnesium sleep cream. Each pot is a round plastic screw top pot packaged in a cellophane sealed cardboard box. The white cream has a nice consistency and quite a subtle aroma. It is easy to apply and is absorbed readily. I like to use it to massage my feet before I go to bed.I make no assessment of any clinical claims regarding health benefits of magnesium – but it is a lovely way to wind down at the end of the day.The current price works out at £9 per pot, which isn’t cheap – but I think is comparable to similar products.
