My son has autism and he always likes that feeling of being squeezed, can really help him when he's getting frustrated. But he's a bigger kid now and most of the actual sensory compression shirts are either way too small for him or don't provide enough compression. We trialed about five different types of compression shirts and these by far had the most actual compression. It actually takes a little bit of work to even get them on in the morning, not so much that it slows down the day or is painful, but enough to show that it's actually causing some squeeze. We got the smallest size and they are a little bit loose for the straps that go over the shoulder, but great compression on chest and abdomen. They hold up really well. The tank top design also avoids issues with body odor. They fit perfectly well under his other clothes and you can't even tell he's wearing another layer. I'm buying more of these!

I have purchased many TAILONG products over the years and each has delivered on its promise. This tank top shapewear is no different. It fits comfortably which is critical for a compression shirt that you wear all day. It defines my chest with true definition, while giving me a smooth, lean looking stomach. My waist looks fantastic and it gives me the confidence I was hoping. The material is fitting, but does not feel tight.I like that it is a tank top, so I can wear it under a t-shirt without anything sneaking out of the arm holes. As I started at the beginning, TAILONG designs and creates products that always make me look great. I literally look 20 lbs. lighter where I wear it - which is the reason I wear it everyday - under ant type of shirt.

Seemed like the materials were good with super compression properties, but after reading reviews here I sized down from the L-XL to M-L. There was absolutely no way I was getting that shirt on. I am 71" tall and weigh 230.

The material was great and it definitely was slimming. My need was to prevent nipples from showing through shirts and it did not do this for me.
