REALFLIGHT Trainer Edition w/ SLT6 RFL-1211

The total installation went smoothly. I needed to load and install the "Steam" software first, before I could install The "Real Flight Trainer Edition" software. The screen resolution and realism for flying a selected airplane (from a list of airplanes) is excellent! This is my first experience with "Flight Simulator" software, and there was inadequate documentation, as to how to use the "Steam" and "Flight Simulator" software. It took me more time than expected, in order to figure out how to use the immediately important applicable menus. I have no controller of my own, and the included SLT6 is of high quality and works perfectly, and it is ideal for my needs! Overall, this software package is a great value for the money!

I had some problems with the controller and Horizon Hobby was very helpful in resolving my problem. Very pleased with their customer service. Mac users. I have an M1 MacBook running the latest OS. I installed Parallels, Windows 11, Steam, and then Realflght Trainer. Works just fine. Did have to get Parallels to pair the controller with Windows but that was pretty straightforward. There are YT videos on how to do the entire process.

Product is as advertised. Easy software setup. Good controller. Fun to practice with. Glad I bought this to practice with because saved buying plane and causing damages until more experienced with flying. Fun learning.

this could be the coolest game ever, but I wouldn't know with a 3 foot cord. I've purchased two other fast charge cables that didn't work. Who is the sick reject that didn't offer a longer cable.? Total waste of money

I *was* very pleased. I *think* RealFlight is a great training tool for learning to pilot RC planes. I don't know though, because I was tricked into buying a controller that isn't compatible with the real e-flite planes. It's a "real" transmitter, with the correct frequency, but doesn't have the correct DSMC protocol to actually fly the planes. I flew all the model profiles in the game, picked the plane I liked best overall, bought the plane, and the transmitter isn't compatible, so I can't fly it. Before I bought the system it was marketed as compatible with E-flight UMX models, well, they got me. Tricked another paying customer.

Easy to set up but its more recommended the new version for learning fly a bigger rc jets.

Simulator ist gut und macht Spaß. Leider gibt es keine gute Beschreibung auf Deutsch für alle Tastenbelegungen auf der Tastatur.
