This item is fantastic, it’s compact but does everything that’s needed no need for a large coffee maker. Simple and easy to clean. Great value for money.

This was a better design and did not take up half the space of the old one. Water control better .

It’s easy to use and it’s flavour full

Nespresso machine is always good but it was delivered with 2 pin plug (220v same as UK) and did not include any 3 pin UK plug adapter so was a hassle a bit to get started. Since the machine use high wattage, would recommend not to use just any travel adapter as it may cause hazard in long run.

Unfortunately the product description doesn't clearly mention that it's designed for the European market with 2 pin plugs. Also means that the manufactures' warranty is not valid, given the plug will need snipping off and replacing with a UK plug.

Husband had to fit 3 pin plug. Otherwise machine is very satisfactory

Do not buy this product if you live in England. It comes with a European compatible plug and requires an adapter. Also all paperwork and registration website appears to be french

this d Di longi Nespresso coffee machine is supplied with a two pin (unearthed) plug, which is not compatible with UK electricity. UK plugs are three pinned i.e which means they are earthed. an appliance which requires high voltage must be earthed so that if anything goes wrong with the appliance only the appliance will fuse and not the house main fuse box. reducing any fire risk. in the UK only electric tooth brushes and electric shavers can be used with two pinned plugs. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM EM.

Hola, harto de tomar cafés de mala calidad en bares que me provocaban "visitas a roca" de manera inmediata y tras mucho mirar los diferentes modelos de cafeteras Nespresso finalmente me decidí por esta ya que incorpora el aeroccino y tras usarla a fondo os voy a contar mi experiencia. La cafetera tiene muy buena calidad tanto de materiales como de construcción y como es de esperar hace unos cafés perfectos en todas sus variedades y se puede memorizar la cantidad de café exacta que queremos que haga tanto corto como largo manteniendo pulsado el correspondiente botón para dejarlo a nuestro gusto. El aeroccino prepara la leche con una espuma y una textura perfectas para capuchino y la verdad que así da gusto empezar la mañana con un café de calidad, buen sabor y bien hecho. Ahora bien un defecto que le encuentro a este modelo, a mi gusto, es que la base del aeroccino esta incorporada en la propia cafetera por lo que su posición tiene que ser esa si o si y si no te viene bien no hay solución posible para ponerlo al otro lado por ejemplo para adaptarlo al hueco en el que se vaya a poner en la cocina. Y otro punto es que no incorpora sensor de cantidad de agua y tratándose de un modelo superior y por el precio que tiene ya podían haberlo incluido ya que aunque el deposito es transparente al estar situado detrás es difícil ver cuanta agua queda a no ser que nos asomemos a propósito. Con todo esto a nivel de variedad y calidad de cafés creo que es la numero uno del mercado y aunque tiene un precio superior merece la pena si eres cafetero, ademas a lo largo del año hay varias promos en las que se pueden comprar a precios interesantes.

Prima koffiezetapparaat en werkt naar behoren. Makkelijk in gebruik. Alleen erg jammer dat Amazone lang op zich laat wachten als je om de promocode vraagt van Nespresso als je je wil registreren op de website. Je wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd bij de klantenservice.

I don't understand why the water is dripping even i turn it off there is water coming out unless I wipe it out it won't stop.
