these were at a great price. my son requested these for Christmas. he said they were great.

After initially receiving the headphones, they were awful!! I was so disappointed. However, after contacting customer service, the response I received was absolutely amazing. I believe I was working with "Lynn". They went above and beyond, immediately sending out another pair of the same headphones, as well as a different set of headphones that were wired/dongle sold separately. The fact that they didn't beat around the bush, and instead sent me TWO different options to try....thats problem solving and customer first service. For that alone I changed my review to 5 stars.

This is my first wireless headset so it is hard to review but for me I really loved it! + Sound is good and clear, looks like a wired standard headset set, but without the wire + There is button to turn on or off the bass, really good + The connection with the wireless dongle is fast and good + also it has a bluetooth connection so you can use in your cellphone for example. + the microphone is removable so if you are not using it you can take off and use as a headphone. + the battery looks okay, it is hard to test how long it lasts, but for me it was a minimum of 15 hours (led off) which is long enough (using the wireless connection, maybe in the bluetooth connection can last even longer) + the leds can be turned on and off - the leds turns on always when you turn on the headset, so it doesn't save your configuration. - would be cool to choose the leds color to match with my taste, but there is only on config (looping, the colors keep changing by it self) PS: The size is hard to review because everyone is different, but in general feels ok, not the best. I can't review the microphone because I did not test it yet so I don't know the quality. Tips, to turn on or of the leds just press the + and - volume simultaneously To change to bluetooth just press the + and - button for a while like 3 seconds

I love it but it's messing up when plug the adapter into my controller and only wants to work sometines on one side. So it don't last a long time before needing to replace it. But range is great. And it's very comfortable. And mic works great.

Connected to controller once and won’t connect anymore, started out with clear sound but now has none and mic does not work. Tried using it once and noticed sounds was good but mic didn’t work, went back to try again later and it wouldn’t even connect. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Considering I bought it for someone as a Christmas gift I also can’t return it as the deadline has ended, very disappointed to say the least!

When I bought these headphones (black and green, not black and purple) I fully expected them to sound much better than my previous set. They were almost the same. A little less base. Not like it matters. They sound amazing. And while they look a lot like Turtle Beach headphones actual Turtle Beach can learn a thing or five from Kofire Bluetooth headphones. They're an amazing value on top of the quality. And battery life is much better than I ever would've expected. Now ease of use wasn't all that easy initially, but that was due to my phone. And once connected their performance is definitely on par with the likes of Beats, Sony and The other big brand names. I'm certain you can get headphones that sound better, but at a minimum of $100+. These aren't that expensive. All in all they're the best headphones at the price point ever.
