This is by far the best gift I gave to myself this year!!! I have been watching my diet and love soups but making soups was always a hassle because it took time and effort both. Constant watching over the boiling soup and grinding then shifting back to boil was a bit too much work for a bowl of soup, well… not anymore. I love that this only has two jars unlike the other mixer grinders that come with a zillion things that keep getting lost. I have been having soups and juice every single day ever since I got it. Take my word, go for it!

I purchased this product in October 2023. It was working fine till July 2024. In July 2024, the bush washer on the bottom of the Jar melted and Jar cannot be used. The product is still under warranty. A complaint was raised on 27 July 2024 took 4 days to respond. The technician who visited on 31 July 2024, replaced the used bush saying the new one would take 10 working days and the complaint was closed. The replaced used bush did not even last for 4 days. but even after 20 days there is no update and no response from the technician to the messages. So one complaint was raised on 24 Aug 2024. it's almost more than 20 days no response. A company that is not in a position to replace Bush with its premium mixer grinder during its warranty period, just think of if you have contact after the warranty period. ITS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY. PLEASE THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE BUYING THE PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY. you should not struggle because of the PATHETIC SERVICE CONDITION OF THE COMPANY.

Powerful product satisfied with the product capabilities what is described but one small wet mixer jar should have been included in this product , larger glass jar is not suitable for small quantity wet grinding .

Service of the Faber is excellent

I have used this machine just 2 times. Once for soup and the other time to make batterSoup: it just boils Soup. Takes 45 minutes to do it. Better use a cooker. And doesn't grind it. So u have to do it yourselfBatter : the blades are good but the rubber underneath is fragile. It broke in 1st attempted.Raised the complaint, it been a week already, they have sent my complaint to the head office, now the part is out of stock, so let's see when it gets fixed.Overall I didn't like the machine.
