Look and feel good around the wrist
The media could not be loaded. Overall good product the only thing I did not like is that it was sitting on my front porch and not the back porch and it wasn't even pushed up against the wall trying to be hidden I'd have a little less leeway if they had done that with the front porch but it said that I wanted it delivered in the back porch and it was not there it was front porch overall this product is really good and I think I'm going to prefer these over the older versions

Adjustable And Effective, But...
I've had different types of ankle weights and was in the market for an adjustable set to use in different exercises. I had my eye on a set, but decided to wait and try these first. These are okay, but I do have a few notes.1. It is nearly impossible to find accurate (or any) information regarding the actual weight values on the ad, so the first thing I did when I received these weights was - you guessed it - weigh them! As you can see from the pics, the weights are made up of these little 3.7oz metal ingots that come two to a compartment totaling anywhere from 7.4 - 7.6oz per compartment (the bars/ingots are not uniformly weighted). With 7 compartments, that brings each total ankle weight to anywhere from 3.3 to 3.5lbs. The weight of the cloth ankle weight bracelets themselves brings the ankle weights to just under 4lbs each. The fact that this information was not available was a bit frustrating. With a product that could potentially harm you if used incorrectly, these values are very necessary to know prior to purchase.2. The ingots are a bit difficult to remove. The only thing really holding them in their compartments is the design of the compartment itself. These won't easily fall out (they haven't done so yet), but that is exactly what makes them hard to remove. This design isn't new to this type of product, but stating that the Velcro straps are responsible for holding the metal bars in is misleading.3. As you will see, the metal ingots are not coated or sheathed in any way. This isn't a huge deal, but almost all competitors provide a more comfortable experience and, in most cases, for less, which leads me to this:4. Based on comparable products (namely the one I was considering purchasing), this is overpriced by at least 60% and actually offers less. Please don't get me wrong, these weights are effective and, yes, they ARE adjustable. The weights go all the way around your leg or wrist, which adds to comfort as well as the breathable synthetic backing, but there were a few glaring issues I couldn't ignore. My suggestions:1. Put accurate weight information into your ad copy, ASAP2. Delete false claims from your ad copy, ASAP3. Improve the look and general tactile feel of your product4. For the price charged, this product should look more modern and if you're NOT going to sheath or coat the metal ingots in some way, at LEAST give the customers a carrying bag or case for them.

Adds Weight to Your Walk
I liked these to wrap around my ankles for an extra challenge during my walks. they secure well and you will want to wear socks between the weights & your ankles. Be sure to use with the opening for the removable weights up, otherwise the small, narrow weights will slide out. There's 7 slots for two 3.8 ounce for each slot. Removing the weights for a lighter load is easy & the 2 velcro straps are about 15 inches long on each weight. They appear to be made of washable material. I love these weights!

High quality.
These weights are the comfortable to wear I use them every day to walk around my house and while lightly jogging. Very easy to use its just some straps that are high quality. For sime reason the weights don't actually tell you how heavy they are which is why i give it a 4 out of 5.

Universal benefit for strength training.
Level up your workouts, regardless of modality. I wanted to kick up my workout by adding these to some of calisthenic movements and thought two pounds to be kind of a joke. While it isn’t much weight, the cumulative effect of utilizing these wrist or ankle weights is undeniable. The movements that require stabilizing muscles greatly impacts those weak msucles that are not hit by weight workouts, this is a tremendous benefit that I did not anticipate. The weights are easy to don and easy to remove. The weights are convenient to use and effective in its utility. A great value to anyone wanting to add a little resistance to simple workouts at home.

not a fan
The ingots have no weight noted on them, and don't seem to weigh a uniform weight. If you take one ingot out of the sleeve it's in, the other tends to fall right out. The wrist bit itself is large and awkward. These are not quality enough to justify the price. You can adjust them, and they do work as weights, but what good does it do if you can't get an even weight on them? Or if the weights slide out and get your toes?

Multi use with varying weight.
Great metal inserted weights to use on your ankles or wrists. Very nice to have it adjustable to the amount of weight you want to use. Easy to pull out the metal bars. The hook&loop is plenty long to allow for anyone's custom fit. The weights fit in the narrow pockets and are open from the top. No concern with them falling out when they are on your ankles. (I won't be wearing such heavy weights on my wrists.) When you wrap them (comfortable tight), the full weight of the wrap still pulled it down to the top of my foot, but it was still comfortable. And you can put the weights on where they are not on the inside of your ankles. That way you don't have that "bulk" between your legs, so there's no rubbing. Some movement when walking. I probably could pull it tighter, but I didn't want it too tight. I wore them over my socks. If I have an issue with them while out running, I'll come back with an update. But right now, I'm VERY happy with them for walking or weight lifting. These have the option to be the heaviest of all the ones I have. I will have to start out lighter and work up to the full weight. I recommend these for anyone who want to have more than one pound on each side. You can make this your first set and work your way to higher weight amounts, without buy more. Nice!

Adjustable but takes some work
These are a bit tricky to work with. Removing weights to adjust it is difficult. I wish it was a bit easier to deal with. However, they work well. The velcro is strong and it stays on while walking/bike riding. Trying to figure out what the weight is as you remove pieces isn't easy, but I'm not that intense about it so I just went with what felt good without stressing about actual weight. Expect to put some work in removing/adding the weights.
