I opted to try out dulse in capsules since I was not getting enough by just adding it to my food. So far so good. Supplement doesn’t smell or taste funny. This is more convenient for me and easier to make a habit — I highly recommend if you are detoxing or have liver issues like I do.

Love this product i use it after/the end of my Eczema phase ill heal my gut, take some gut lining supplements to heal it up then incorporate this in! Within a week it clears up any redness and gives amazing energy!! Love it!!

I do well with eating whole dulse but I don’t like to eat it.. For some reason sea weed supplements make me feel un well. Is it possible to make these slow/ extended release? I have tried these ones. They don’t make me feel nauseated like most seaweed supplements but they do make me feel like my heart is racing. I think it could be better if it is released slowly.

Great way to get your Dulse without the flavor of seaweed. I open the capsules to add to my smoothie. It’s a super fine grind which is great. Wish I could find a similar product that wasn’t in capsule form. Highly recommend this product!!

Been following the Medical Medium teachings and Atlantic Dulse is one ingredient of his Heavy Metal Detox smoothie. I find taking the capsule form is much easier and will sometimes open the capsule and put the powder in my smoothie. No after taste and a great product in the aid of removing heavy metals from our livers.

So much nicer taking a capsule then trying to eat the real stuff. It does smell a little fishy, but you get zero after taste.

Took these every day after a meal for about 12 days. They smell pretty bad but thats just the nature of what it is. Feels like they get caught in the top of my esophagus. I take a few different medications, multivitamins, fish oil. Never had a problem like this before in my life. Every single day, feels like this gets stuck at the top of my esophagus. I get really bad indegestion and gassy for the 3 hrs after I take this. Didn't realize this was causing it at first but it's definitely this stuff. Really bad side effects totally not worth it. I developed a pretty sore throat after a week from burping up so much acid because of these things. This damn near full bottle is goin in the trash. Literally threw my money away :(
