Six weeks and $24.00 to deliver an empty plastic applicator. No cleaning solution included-Seller refused our return request so we will throw this useless garbage in the trash. Buyers beware and do not fall for this gigantic scam!

Followed all the instructions, product does NOT work. Windows look bad. Going back to vinegar and water.

False advertising! I received the box with sprayer (box arrived crushed) but no cleaning powder. It clearly states on the box that powder is included!

The product doesn't work as advertised. Didn't clean very well left some spotting.
