TORRAS Magnetic Shockproof for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Case, Blue

I tired a ton of cases when I got my zfold 8 ultra and they were either super bulky, flimsy, or required sticky strips to hold the case on your phone. This one is none of those things! It's is slim, comfy, good looking, tough, and clips on snuggly with no extra sticky strips! Feels really nice too, it is a smooth texture but still grippy in my hand. Hing cover is snug and doesn't easily flip around like some other cases I tried. I also really like that there is no built in screen protector and that instead it comes with two you can apply to your screen if you like. While it is pricier than I would prefer to pay for a freaking phone case, it is very solid, well made, and I do not regret it!

I haven’t tried it with a car magnetic holder or in off-road conditions yet, but so far, I’m impressed. Cons: I haven’t tested it in extreme conditions or with all types of MagSafe accessories. Conclusion: Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Torras phone case for my Pixel 9 Pro XL. It offers excellent protection and functionality, with strong MagSafe compatibility and a customizable design. While I’d like to test it further in diverse conditions, I highly recommend it for everyday use. It’s a great value for the money!

I’m really impressed with this TORRAS case for the Galaxy Z Fold 8. The quality feels premium right away, and it fits the phone perfectly without making it feel overly bulky. It gives the phone solid protection while still keeping the clean, sleek look of the Fold. The buttons are easy to press, the grip feels great, and everything lines up exactly as it should. TORRAS always makes excellent cases, and this one definitely lives up to their reputation. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well made, stylish, and protective case.

This is my preliminary review after 2 days of use: PROs: + Beautiful looking case + Good secure fit, easy installation + Works well with my non-magsafe wireless chargers (original Pixel stand) and TYLT charger. + Love the ability to change out the color buttons + Smooth feeling in hand without being too slippery. It is leather-like in how grippy it is . + Healthy amount of lip protection all around the screen and camera lenses. Could be PRO OR CON: +/- The "G" logo on the phone is actually centered within the magsafe ring on my Pixel 9 Pro XL despite the Amazon photos showing otherwise (see attached picture). I notice that this is one of few cases i've seen where it's centered, so im wondering whether or not this will really work on a magsafe charger. I've seen some other comments saying that the magsafe charging doesn't work, but i haven't been able to test it myself. +/- The strength of the magnetic ring is not quite stong enough to hold the phone on the side of a flat metal surface. But if the case is empty, then it will hold. I know this is not how it's meant to be used but this is just to give you an idea of how strong the magnet is. However, i have used this on a couple magsafe compatible mounts for the car and found that the force is sufficient on the Peak Design vent mount and very strong on the Ugreen vent mount. CONs: - Although the text of the listing says it's BLACK, most of the photos in the listing show a slightly navy blue tint. I feel like it would've been more attractive in this bluish color. Unfortunately, this appears to be an issue with almost all black Torras cases listed on Amazon. It could just be a color temperature issue with their photos, but i wish that they would fix it to reflect the real color of their cases. - Despite having a matte finish on the hard polycarbonate back, it can still develop fingerprints and oils, though not as bad as a shiny back. - I wish it was slightly gripper. There is a texture but its not really visible to the naked eye. I attached a close-up of the grip texture (see attached pics). It doesn't quite match the close-up texture shown in the listing pictures. - There is roughly a 1mm gap all the way around the lens bar, which makes it not an exact fit (see attached pic). I worry that dust or lint might gather in that area. - The buttons are slightly skinnier than the buttons on the phone. I wish they would've kept it the same size for ease of actuation. Despite this, the actuation force and tactility is nice. - The lip is raised at the same thickness all the way around the screen, which is aesthetically pleasing and good for protection, but not great for swiping back with your thumb since it catches the lip more during use. I prefer cases where only the lips at the top and bottom are raised and the side lips are lowered for ease of access/use. - I don't know if this was an oversight by Torras, but the holes in front of the SIM slot partially covers up the slot in a weird way and I can't think of a reason for it (see picture).

This case is everything you wanted for the fold 8 ultra. Magnet on the hinge protection piece sits flush with the hinge. When phone open it serves as a thing that you can securely grabbing on. It fits the phone perfectly and is on the slim side. The texture is so good that it won't slip whatsoever. If you want a non bulky, not slippery, front piece sticker free, great hinge protection., then this case is for you.

Really thin, durable, smooth, and great looking case. I trust my phone in this and it comes with screen protectors that are virtually fingerprint proof. I had a case similar from a different brand for a different phone, but paying a little more brings comfort. Also, the front screen case doesn't use adhesive because it's form fitting perfectly. It's a must have!

As soon as I put my P9P XL phone in the new mag safe case I registered the warranty right away. I got the email asking if it was me asking to have a warranty and I said yes. Then they replied back wanting to know how I feel about the case, what I like and don’t like about it, etc. That tells me that Torras team really does care about their customers and want to give us the best product they can offer. I feel good about this so I decided to write a review about my new mag safe case. I usually don’t write review but the person I chatted with deserve a good review! 8 hours later after I put my new P9P XL phone in the torras case, I've gotten use to holding the case well. It seems to be made well. High quality and tactile feel of them. I dropped it on the counter and I did not see any damage so the case did protect my new P9P XL phone pretty well so far. It seems very durable too. The magnet seems to be pretty strong. My wife and my daughter got mag safe for their iPhone and this case is my first mag safe. After testing it with their mag safe accessories it held pretty well and it was just as good as their clear case. I brought the mag safe car mount for the car and this case held really well when I went over few bumps. I put my daughter’s popsocket popgrip on the case and it was a little hard for me to remove it so I feel very confidence when I get me one of my own that it will not be easily come off the mag safe case (both popsocket and car mount). The power button and volume button are very nice too. Not so stiff or difficult to turn power on/off and adjusting volume. It seems to be easier than my old case for my old P7P. Having different colors (light orange and light green) for power/volume is a nice option too. When I picked up my old P7P phone to take some pictures for this review I was shocked to realized that my P7P is a tad bit heavier than my P9P. I’ve gotten used to holding the P9P and I didn’t touch my P7P until a day later. Comparison shows that P7P is 212g and P9P XL is 221g. Two different materials and Torras feels a bit lighter than Speck. Torras case is a little slimmer than my Speck case and it feels comfortable when I hold it. It has a good grip on outside border so it’s not sliding off my counter easily. Overall, l I am very pleased with the case better than my old case.

I must say that the quality of this case is a lot better than I expected after opening the box and seeing for the first time in person. It looks slim but durable which I like. Fitment is great. Easy to put on. The silicon feels great. I did not use the front screen protector though since I have bought a different one from the store but over all as of now I do recommend this case. Will update this review after 1 month of using it.

La calidad es muy buena es resistente, antideslizante, muy bonita, los botones los puedes cambiar de color naranja o verde y eso esta muy padre. Lo único que no me agradó es que no es antihuellas, si se quedan las huellas en la parte trasera y fue una de las principales razones por las que la adquirí. De todo lo demás excelente.

Original and fits perfectly on my S22 Ultra. BUT the sides are slippery and makes it hard to grip the phone securely. Comes with two sets of side buttons (Volume & Power) with different colours.
