I mainly bought this for my husband because his sleep has been restless. He will wake up a couple of hours before he needs to and can't go back to sleep. I started him on this a few nights ago and it worked wonders. He said he has slept good since taking. He takes 2 dropper fulls an hr before he goes to bed and doesn't wake up groggy. It tastes good too. I took a dose to see for myself and I have to say I had a wonderful nights sleep!

My 14th year old me asked me to get this for him because he had been feeling stressed out from school. He has been using this for almost a month and he mentioned he feels more energized, no groggines, and it has helped a lot with stress.

The taste is not bad. Just started using so I will have to review again later to say if it works or not.

The taste is surprisingly pleasant. It tastes like sweet tea but not sweet. I would definitely order again! I have been trying to use it more regularly:)

This lemon balm is the best. It tastes great is very potent. The bottle is a good size and the price is great compared to others. I just bought another brand that was recommended to me and it was more expensive, in a smaller bottle, almost clear and tasted like nothing. I will not be experimenting with any other brands, This one is the best!
