These boots are exceptional quality. I normally wear a 7 1/2 shoe size, so I ordered an 8 in the women's boot, but I have to wear a thick pair of hunting socks in order for them to fit.

So, far so good..

First, I would suggest getting your usual size. The sizing chart in the item description suggests "MEN to buy one SIZE UP". I did not follow that advice because I always wear a size 10. The size 10 boot fit perfectly with plenty of room at the toe. The size 11 would have been absolute too huge!The boot will be completely waterproof standing in 12 inches deep water. Above that 12" level, there are handles cut into the boot to assist in pulling them on. Also, on the back of each heal is a thick built out tab to use your other foot to easily push them off. The entire interior is lined with a smooth nylon covered foam layer (for comfort and warmth).The design of the boot is genius for comfort, flexibility, and durability. The lower part from the ankle down (where flexibility isn't needed) is heavy, thick, strong rubber encapsulating the entire foot. The sole has a high traction, deep knobby tread. The durable rubber extends a few more inches above the ankle up the front and the back of the boot top. Every place that might hit or scrape or come into contact with anything sharp is protected by the heavy rubber.However, I was able to bend and extend and flex freely at the ankle! Because the very upper part of the boot is made from nylon covered closed cell neoprene. This is the same material as my scuba diving wetsuits. This is flexible, absolutely waterproof, durable (due to the nylon cover), and soft even against the skin if your sock isn't high enough.Highly recommended for snow, slosh, slime, water, or mud in the warm or cold weather,

These rubber boots are very easy to put on and take back off. They have the perfect amount of thickness to them and do not rip or tear easily. They do run true to size so I recommend ordering your normal.. They provide great comfort and are comfortable to wear all day long

These boots are extremely comfortable and very high quality. I run through these types of boots for my job, and tend to be pretty rough with them. This brand has proven to be durable and holds up to the test of time. They have aggressive tread on them which gives you good traction even in the slipperiest of situations.They have grippy sides for you to pull them on easily. The neoprene upper part of it makes it softer and more comfortable on your calves.I would highly recommend this product.

My special needs son loves stomping around outdoors in woods and leaves and such looking for bugs of all sorts, so these boots work well for him to wear to keep his lower legs protected while he explores from time to time. He actually finds them pretty comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time, and I love how thick and protective they are for him, even if it's muddy or wet. No complaints here - they are of high quality and work great - they get two thumbs up from us!
