Not to bad
I am able to sleep in it all night with out being in discomfort. The velcro is a bit annoying, sometimes my hair gets caught in it but is easy to fix. Some pillow cases or other bedding items might not work will with any possible exposed velcro. I am also someone with a smaller head and am glad it isn't too big. All in all, it does the job. I use it to help me not bite my tongue in my sleep (a symptom of sleep apnea) This may only last a year but considering the price, thats not bad.

Doesn't "Doesit!"
Product delivered to me was way too big. The cross pieces actually bypassed each other on top of my head and the straps were so long that the velcro hooks bypassed the loops. I'm sewing semi-literate so I took it apart, cut it down to fit my head, then re-assembled it to match the picture. After this it sort-of fit like the picture but was bulky and uncomfortable. Also, it stained my pillow case. I snore and have tried seven different styles of chin strap, so I have some experience with this kind of device. I cannot recommend this brand or type.
