The Throne of Feline Majesty
I never imagined I'd be waxing poetic about a litter box, but here we are. This little gem has turned our cats’ private business into a full-fledged palace, and they’re as happy as...well, as happy as cats with a clean litter box.First off, let’s talk sturdiness. This thing is built like a fortress. My cats have a knack for testing the limits of anything they encounter—doors, furniture, my patience. But this litter box? It doesn’t budge. It's solid enough that I half-expect it to outlast most of my furniture. If there’s a cat apocalypse, this box will probably be one of the few things left standing.Cleaning this thing is a breeze, and trust me, I’m a guy who doesn’t want to spend more time than necessary dealing with cat business. The design makes scooping a quick, painless process, and the fact that they’ve thought to include a convenient scoop holder? That’s next-level. No more trying to remember where I last stashed the scoop, only to find it rolling around under the sink. The non-slip pads on the bottom are a brilliant addition. Whoever thought of that deserves a medal. My senior cats can step in and out without turning it into a slip ‘n slide situation, which is not only safer for them but also saves me from having to clean up after any 'accidents' that would have happened without the pads. And let’s not forget the step feature. My senior cats appreciate it like a good orthopedic mattress. It’s a small touch, but it makes a world of difference when you’ve got older cats who don’t have the spring in their step they used to.In conclusion, this litter box is the unsung hero of the cat world. It’s got everything you need—durability, easy maintenance, safety, and a thoughtful design that takes our aging feline friends into account. Honestly, if I could give it six stars, I would. But since I can’t, five will have to do.Hey there! If you're reading this, it means we both value reviews before making a purchase. Regardless of whether I bought the item or received it for review, rest assured, my feedback is genuine, based on actual use and performance observations. I'm committed to providing straightforward, honest, and helpful reviews. While a 5-star review represents near perfection, a 4-star rating from me signifies a very good product with some room for improvement. (It's still a solid endorsement!) A perfect score is reserved for truly flawless items. Thanks for trusting my review to guide your decision.

Very large and easy to clean - great for difficult cats
This litterbox is so versatile. You can use it as just the base without the lid, with the lid, and with our without the ramp to collect litter. Similarly, you can stand the scoop containers somewhere else if you don't want to attach them to the box. I love that this gives families so many options. The stainless steel base makes it easy to clean and prevent set-in odors from occurring. The scoops are also fantastic - they are large and strong. We "invested" in a large metal scoop a couple of years ago, and I'd never go back to those tiny flimsy scoops again, but the scoops that come with these boxes are almost as good. If I didn't have my hardcore metal one, I'd happily use these, and they would be worth buying on their own. They are nothing like the bendy, pointless ones that come with so many other litterboxes. and they save significant arm effort. They are reflective of the overall quality of what you're buying here.We have a cat who started peeing outside the litterbox (long story, but it's not medical), so I've been trying to transition him back to peeing in the litterbox with puppy pads. This litterbox is big enough that it contains the puppy pads nicely while having decently high sides, just with the base. Once the cat is comfortable with using the box this way, we will add the top, but for now, it's a wide, open space for him. If you have cats who don't like to be enclosed, starting them with just the base and adding the lid after a week or so might be the way to go for you, too.Overall, these are superb litterboxes. No, they're not the cheapest that you can buy, but you get what you pay for. As someone who has had up to 4 cats at one time, and who has spent a lot of time and money looking for the "holy grail" litterbox, this set is pretty darn close.

Supreme upgrade to plastic boxes
* Full metal bottom that's not too thin. Has a reasonable gauge* Included plastic guard is good to have for some cats.* Guard does not fully wrap around, good for my cats as they like to keep heads out* ramp was somewhat useless for me, my cats just jump over it still pulling litter all over the place* Included scoop is nice, has a good edge to it. Hooking to the case is a good idea but does fall off every now and then when cleaning/scooping* Getting to some parts inside the box is difficult with the guard on, would like to take it off but doing that does tend to have some difficulty so I tend to leave it on and need to scoop under.* Great to know that the metal bottom will not break, all my plastic ones eventually break* Hold a very large amount of litter, much more than my older one. This though is a good thing as it'll last a lot longer though the day* Having a 2-pack is great when you have multiple cats that are picky* Rubber feet hold very well so far, and grip the floor nicely* Worth the price? At the time with the 50% coupon on the 189 base price, yes. I have a metal scoop and now a metal box that will outlast everything. If you think about this, getting 2 plastic ones with similar features costs about the same

Good litter box option
This litter box is great because it's stainless steel and easy to clean. The scooper does a good job digging in and sifting the litter. The little step that's supposed to trap the litter is hit or miss because my cats will just jump out the sides or back.
