I always eat before I take any supplements or sometimes I take them in between eating lunch! I tried seeing if there was a difference in taking it around lunch time versus dinner time and I believe earlier in the day is best. However, I can't specify a direct answer to why that would be, it's just a feeling about it. After I've done so much research on probiotics and supplements I found Havasu to come with such a great and hefty balance of ingredients more than any other company I found. Especially if you're used to purchasing at retailers like Walgreens or Walmart - these are super supreme. One fact is this, the bloodwork from my physical showed huge benefits in my health and I hadn't committed to exercising - like I wanted to - before the bloodwork! I really like this cognitive enhancer! The great base ingredients of natural proven herbals for improved cognition and memory, plus the St johns wort for an additional anti depressant bonus for overall improved mood! Great design! In addition to that, the Phosphatidylserine combined with Bacopa for cortisol control, is a huge plus for naturally anxious guys or hard gainers trying to gain muscle/weight! I also really like that there's no caffeine in this product. Nothing against caffeine, I would just rather get it from my coffee or pre-workout drink. Most neuro products add caffeine and its too much for me having that much additional caffiene. I feel this is the perfect daily product to combine with your basics; protein, creatine, fishoils, multi, pre-workout/coffee and vit D for the best complete overall healthy supplement program! NEuroignite is a staple for me now.

Great supplement! It doesn't have a strong GI impact, which is nice. There is nothing worse than starting a probiotic and having to keep one eye on the bathroom door for the next week. It just sort of keeps things chugging along and regular, without the gas and cramping. I was shocked that just one pill per day is all I needed, but this potency on this is perfect. Not too crazy, but just enough to feel good. I highly recommend.

I just started using this. No side effects so far as expected. It has no animal gelatin or extracts, which is what I prefer. I work late nights at times till say 3pm or so and wakebup to be back at 9am. For anyone over 40,that messes the bio balance in your digestive tract, causing acidity and indigestion at times. These should help counter that in a natural, as intended way. Taking antacids and other acid reducers is just adding chemicals to your body. Am expecting this to eliminate the need for that.

I’ve been taking these for over a month now and I do find my gut health is a bit better. I do not take them every day so I can’t give a promising review but I do take them a couple times a week in the morning with a yoghurt or with food.
