3rd party not amazon
I brought this vase and it's great, well worth the money but not right for what we needed it for. So we sent it back to address provided . Now over 2 weeks since we sent it back and still no refund. Its a 3rd party though amazon. If I'dknown this I wouldn't have bothered. This is giving amazon a bad name. Now I still have to wait another 5 working days for my refund after reporting to amazon. I returned it over 2 weeks ago and it was tracked so i know they have it.no reply either. Not happy.
