Nice pickup for resistance band home gym
This bionic bar has been a nice addition to my resistance band workouts at home! I stumbled upon this will looking for attachments to use with my Looped Resistanced bands bad had previously saw something similar with the BodyBoss system but buying the bar alone wasn’t optional.I’ve seen other brands on Instagram but they are $100-200, so I’m pleased I found this for a fraction of the cost.It’s a sturdy bar, that unscrews at that center. The band that arrives with it is a good starter band and allows for various exercises, curls, overhead press, upright rows, push presses, etc.I’ve used it as an attachment to my loop bands for back rows, pull downs, twisting core movements.

Perfect workout bar for a rookie like me
I just started working out again after years of being unable to due to heart problems. This definitely pushes me to have some resistance for my arms until I can finally lift some weights. It's super easy to take with you anywhere if you want, easy to store and the band hasn't been damaged at all while using it. Definitely recommend for starters!

I have been using the bionic body bar for a month now and I have not had any problems like the issues that was reported by other reviewers, I’ve used this bar with the other resistance bands I own and they work great with this product overall a amazing product no issues I consider this to be a 5 star buy.

Nice piece of equipment
been using this at pt decided to buy for my own. Recommend using thread locker (loctite), or watch to be sure does not unthread.

There is nothing wrong with the product itself. The one I received looked chipped and used when it was supposed to be new. There was no information booklet as was indicated on the box. Feeling cheated.

Solid little unit
A much sturdier unit than I expected - very useful and I can connect my other loops to it which is great.
