AmazonBasics Cat Activity Tree with Scratching Posts, Large (Beige)

My kitten loves this tree house and I’m also in love with it. I have a 3 month old black Persian kitten and I was looking out for tree house for its activity and scratching and I came across this amazon basics tree house and instantly loved it. I would totally recommend to buy this and it’s absolute value for money. 1. Like it’s brand name, it’s basic design, simple looking and nude colours can mingle with your home decor so easily and make it a collectible item for your house 2. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble and turned out to be a fun activity with my curious kitty while assembling. The packaging of the product was done well and the instructions manual made the job easier 3. It’s fun filled activity for my kitty where he sleeps and gets up and can scratch on the poles and keeps him occupied and also exercise to keep him fit 4. The upper level is where all his toys are kept and he sleeps there and chills 5. It’s also fun for us to play with him, engage him, train him and make him exercise 6. It had the cardboard carton smell for a while but now it’s all gone and smells like my kitty. 7. The size is big enough for adult cats also and it’s sturdy to withstand the jumping

I purchased the medium sized cat tree for ₹2,499/-. I have two cats who are both about a year old now, and they actually got used to the tree pretty soon. :) * I chose the AmazonBasics cat tree mostly for the brand & the price. You really won't get a cat tree like this for this cheap on Amazon. * The instructions are fairly clear but I would really suggest you read & go through all the steps once before starting; otherwise you'll have to disassemble & start over again like me! It's simple to follow through after that & the fittings are pretty sturdy. * Build quality is great! And the tower is weighed balanced well. The cats can't easily knock it down (if at all). * The scratching posts are the best part - they seem to keep my cats claws away from my furniture - at least 60% of the time! I had to show them how it could be used at first though by making scratching gestures on it in front of them & they picked it up pretty quickly. * It can only fit one small-to-medium sized cat at once. Although if you notice in the pictures my cats really tried to squish together in the same spot! Looked uncomfortable but they seemed to enjoy it :P * I wish there was another concave level so that they would both have space and would end up using it more often. Tip: If your cats are having a hard time taking a liking to it, try sprinkling some catnip on the tree to get them to explore it more. The only reason for not giving it a 5-star rating is that I wish the top level was a bit larger! My cats will outgrow it pretty soon. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product! If you're looking to keep your cats away from furniture while giving them a small cozy space to chill & play - go for it!

Heavy, sturdy, good quality, my cat loves it,

Very very robust, solid quality. Height is also good. My cats are slightly small indie cats but still, they are full grown adult cats and the size of each layer is large enough for them. The colour is a soft grey/beige, not dark grey, so it looks nice. My cats immediately jumped on it (both of them) and it didnt shake even a little bit. Took just 10 mins to assemble, all screws/parts/instructions were exactly as they should be. Impossible to find a better product anywhere at all at this price point. Recommended.

This is the third tower I have purchased. The first two were of good quality. The most recent one is of horrible quality. Earlier the planks were thick and study. In the new one they are thin and weak. The quality of cloth used to be good. In the new one you can feel the cheap material. Earlier there was a lot of good design choices. For example once it is assembled the screws were no longer visible and the height was such that the cat tree was stable. In the new one, the screws are all visible and the tree is narrow and tall. So when the cats jump on it while playing, it falls over. Amazon has clearly cut costs and this car tree is no longer worth purchasing.

Received as advertised. For the price it's a must buy. The top circle is pretty useless though. Its not ergonomically designed for the cat to jump properly in the top circle. Apart from that the entire tree house structure is good. Sturdy. Very easy to install. Quality of the materials is also good. Tje biggest task you will have is getting your cat to like it. If it doesn't its a total waste. The fur is of good quality as well. It absorbs the catnip (Required for cat attention, to be used under supervision and only in limited quantity) for a good couple of days. A very playful unit for a cat if you got the space for it.

Very happy with the product. My cats absolutely loved it and used it for over two years. Now it is absolutely destroyed by them but the still love to sit in it and scratch. It is very sturdy and my cats used to jump over it and play on it. Worth the price.

The cat tree is overall a good product. Easy to assemble. Height and look is good. The round top resting area could be a little bigger as it just fits my slim built 6 month old cat. The tree wobbles a bit when the cat leaps on it which can be corrected by making the bottom heavy.
