Seems to be working !
I’ve been taking this for close to 3 weeks. I had to ask AI and google the dosage. I started out around 20 drops in water and that was too much. It felt like I drank too much coffee and I was very on edge. I went down to 15 drops for a bit then later increased to 17 drops which seems to be perfect for me. It gives me a boost on my elliptical and makes 30 minutes on it seem a bit easier. I also have an autoimmune disease that makes getting up in the morning harder. Since I started the methylene blue I’ve noticed my side and lower back pain is slowly improving. I am exercising more and I cut out sugar but I do believe this stuff is working. I’m just unclear if it’s safe to continue taking it daily or for how long . For now I’ll just continue what I’m doing because it seems to be helping. Whatever you do, be very careful with it and do not spill it. I got some on my white quartz countertop and I had to really scrub it with soap to get it off and it was just a few very small diluted splashes. If you spill this stuff anywhere it’ll likely stain and ruin whatever you spill it on. Use paper towels under it when dispensing! Also, use a straw in a way that less of it contacts teeth and drink fast to avoid the taste. It’s really not that bad if you dilute well with cold water.
