BlitzWolf BW-ES2 Wired Control In-ear Earphone Headphone With Mic

I have been using it for around 20 days. It was good until my right side earphone stops working at random moments. I want to claim it under warranty. May I know how to do it? Will change my rating once its replaced

This is the best earphone i have ever used after almost a decade of Sennheiser,jbl,sony,philps...the audio quality is off the charts..10/10 in terms of clarity...and i might just go overboard with 15/10 in terms of bass...The build quality is solid amd so is the packaging...the package itself gives a pemium feel to it...anyone looking for an earphone under 2k this is the best thing.

The product itself is excellent. The crisp, the bass boosted sound: everything you can expect from a good earphone. But one day, a month ago(24/04/2020) the right side of the product stopped working. I wrote a mail that same day, and received no reply. Wrote a mail again on 29/04, and they responded on 05/05/2020,"Our directly-owned Amazon India store does not sell BW-ES2 headphones, so we cannot provide after-sales service for you. If there is a problem with the product, you can contact Amazon store customer service directly for consultation on the order page.Because we have no permissions to offer a warranty directly."i don't know how to take further steps regarding the return/complaint process on Amazon, since it is still in the warranty period. If someone can help me out here, it'll be of great help.

It is really hard to pick up good headphones online since there is millions of them. Initially I was hesitating to purchase it because I've never heard BitzWolf name before, but its reviews encourage me to try it & found this was a good pick for me. I was really surprised by the quality of design, manufacturing and sound from this headphones. This is worth to purchase. Sound quality is superb. Recommend to purchase.

Just go and buy this, you won't need anything more expensive. These sound absolutely brilliant!

Waste of money.. People on facebook giving fake review. Sound is so bad .. My 200rs earphone are much bettet than this. Piece of shit..

Best earphone. Price seems little high. Suits for all songs. Like all earphones the base effect varies if we change silicon bud. Mic is little down from my head, during call I have to lift the mic near mouth. Rest it is good.
