My teenagers are making good use of these foam rollers. It is awesome that the set comes with so many different rollers! My son is using the smaller roller and the ball to help with his planter fasciitis and my daughter is using the larger roller to help with her upper back. They both feel the rollers are the perfect firmness and report they are easy to use. They are happy to be experiencing pain relief and I'm happy to have only had to purchase one kit.

The Krightlink 5-in-1 foam roller set is a solid, versatile option for muscle recovery and deep tissue massage. The high-density rollers feel durable and effective, and the variety in the set makes it easy to target different muscle groups depending on how intense of a massage you want. It’s especially useful after workouts or long days sitting. Most of the pieces work very well and provide good pressure without feeling flimsy. The set is also compact and easy to store, which is a nice bonus. The main drawback—and the reason for four stars—is the roller wheel with the plastic teeth. The teeth are quite hard and can feel uncomfortable, especially on more sensitive areas. It works for very deep pressure, but it’s not something I reach for often compared to the smoother rollers. Overall, this is a good-quality massage set with a lot of functionality for the price. If the toothed roller were softer or better contoured, this would easily be a five-star product.

The foam roller broke and the stick thing isn’t the best

I enjoy using the roller that i can roll on my thighs and lower extremities. However, the bigger one that you use on the floor exercises, I'm not able to use due to my scoliosis. I shifted mine in terrible fall i inquire so that limits me. However, my granddaughters use it and it helps them with their sore backs. The exercise bands I haven't got to try just yet. But, I'm eager too soon. The hard ball i use on my feet to relax them while being on them all day. I would recommend it's a great product. My massage therapist referred me to get it. So glad I did.

not to be used in the bedroom for "fun" wow if you have sore muscles--this will hurt so good...
