I love the flavor! About 6 months ago I started to get leg cramps, foot cramps and toe cramps mostly at night. I tried another product (comes in a packet and is very popular right now) and even though I thought the taste was okay and it was very convenient, it did not get rid of the cramps. I then found this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I now have less than one breakthrough cramp a month. I also started a very restrictive diet (carnivore) and have not had any electrolyte problems.

Some people starting out on a keto, low carbohydrate, or carnivore diets benefit from supplementing electrolytes initially. as I understand it early on these diets, you lose a lot of excess water and that can flush electrolytes and throw you into imbalance.Some, like me, though are (at least initially) still sensitive to sodium and its impact to their hypertension. From what I understand, most people won’t have this issue and will want to supplement sodium with no ill effect, but in my case, I needed the potassium with minimal sodium until my blood pressure comes down. This gives me the right electrolyte mix for my needs and the flavoring and stevia sweetener don’t bother me. If you don’t want any sweetness, then this isn’t the one for you, but it works well for me.

I am updating this review. It has been 2 wks and I am used to the product now and do not find it to be bad tasting as initially. For me, I have to mix it in cold water (vs. room temp, which is my preference)..or use ice. I also keep bottled lemon juice and lime juice in my fridge. I squirt 1 or both of them in there and this actually becomes refreshing. I don't LOVE the taste, but I don't dislike the taste....and that's really just because it IS a zero sugar product (which is good, but that does give it a certain taste). That being said, I do believe this is a good product. It does have a much better! ingredient profile than most others I looked at and is an acceptable price point. Again, the magnesium and potassium content is much better than the other products I researched. This is definitely worth trying...and a shot of bottled lemon and or lime juice (just a small amt., does much to improve the overall taste).(original post/review)not very good. makes me slightly gag. Can't return it, I've drank 2 servings of it. Was glad to find the magnesium and potassium content to be higher than most others I looked at...that's why I settled on this one (along with the price point). It does taste of lemon and raspberry, but just has a yuck factor (which could be the zero sugar substitute, so keep that in mind when reading this review. ) It could all just be me, but for me this is not something I even want to endure for 72 very brief servings that I can down in a few gulps just to get it over with. I WILL endure, because I HATE to waste $, but THEN I will purchase something different. (By then I will prob be used to the disappointment..I don't think I can drink this daily (I exercise daily....almost always), so it will be awhile before I can change this up) Ugh.

I LOVE this electrolyte powder! It tastes yummy and really helps me feel refreshed. The price is decent and it lasts a couple of months for me. It helped when I was doing a cleanse a few times, but it’s also refreshing just for an alternative to get your hydration.

I love this stuff! I was getting a different brand with the same flavor and this one tastes less salty. It dissolves well and is very refreshing. Definitely helps me want to drink my water (which is part of the reason I need to drink electrolytes because I tend to get dehydrated from forgetting to drink water) because it tastes so good, I want to chug it! The container is kind of ridiculous, idk why it's so large when the product doesn't fill it all the way up. And the protective seal on the inside was annoying getting off and left a whole bunch on the outside lip, which makes it difficult open and close the lid. I tried peeling the rest of the film off but it is stuck on there too good.

Perfect for people on sugar free and caffeine free. Love the taste definitely will buy again

Use for my daily electrolytes and low in sodium compared to others!!!! Plus sugar free! After recent stay in hospital, and told I was dehydrated, I almost had my eyes pop out. I drink more water than a buffalo. So, it was discussed that perhaps I could try Gatorade. However, that has too much sugar and sodium for my body. I found this product on Amazon and thought I would try. Works great for my needs. Use in the am and has a pleasant lemony taste. Would definitely purchase again.

Deceiving? Is the weight with the container or without it? Idk I can’t measure it now. Seems wasteful the taste is okay. Might come back and update depending on how good it turns out.
