So much more comfortable than the Aircast from the hospital!!
I wore an aircast the ER doctor gave me for my ankle bone fracture for a week. It was so uncomfortable - with hard plastic and some tubs inside the boot that were rubbing against my ankle and foot. I couldn’t get good sleep at night. I gave in for being cheap and spent $48 to give these boots a try after 4 nights of discomfort. First night sleeping with this boot so far and my foot feels so much more comfortable. I am willing to wear my boots at night rather than taking it off and risk my fracture not healing properly like I was doing with the aircast. This boot have lots of cushion all over with extra foam pieces provided. Finally comfort and support. Spend the $50 and get these is your fracture boot is uncomfortable. You will not regret it!

High quality.
With hypermobility this thing is a godsend. It turns my tweaking an ankle into a two day affair instead of months long expensive problem. Thea’s just me. As for itself, it’s as good as anything my dr has ever given me. If you don’t close the valve right enough it will leak. But you don’t usually need to change the inflation very often. I had problems with leaks after washing the insert. Next time I’ll just wash the front of the bottom of the foot area. I always wear a fresh sock and if I had sweaty feet I’d change it a couple times a day. I am very pleased with this item.

Confort and Structure
This thing is the devil to get use to but it does exactly what it is suppose to. The first two days I just had to learn how to walk in it and that was my challenge. After that it has got much easier. It is comfortable with the pads that are provided allowing you to put them on the pressure points. It has alleviated the pain that I was experiencing in the heel and back of leg and that has been a positive. The construction of the boot itself seems to be made of a good quality materiel and will hold up. So yes I would recommend this boot.

NICE BOOT AND WORKING PUMP CONTROL
ITS A REAL NICE BOOT WITH PUMPING CONTROL....I tore the muscle in my heel and it's very difficult to walk..... I was informed to purchase a boot like this, however this boot I had to return, because the bottom surface of the boot is flat and every time I tried to walk.... the pain just radiated up to my calf. So I returned the boot and searched for a boot that had around bottom surface..... this allow an easier movement as you walk................. just keep that in mind when you're needing one of these.

This is the one. Great design. Snug and comfy.
Absolutely wonderful. This item is a lifesaver. Even the surgeon was asking where I got it. I was just given my walking orders today, after X-rays showed a successful surgery on a trimalleolar ankle break, so I've only been walking around on it for an hour, but even before walking on it, it's super comfy and took really good care of my injury. Now that I'm walking on it, it's great! Nice and wide heel with the kind of curvature you need to walk properly (from heel to toe). After 6 weeks in bed, I couldn't be happier to be up and about again. Hang in there, folks! This, too, shall pass.

Great quality boot for a great price!
This boot has gotten me through several foot and ankle injuries over the last few years. It is better quality than the one my doctor put me in, which broke eventually and was way more expensive. I wear a women's size 9.5-10 shoe and the medium fits perfectly. It is roughly the same height as my good running sneakers, so I didn't even need a "level up" thing to wear with it in order to save my back. Last time I needed it, I had to wear it for 4 months. It's still holding up just fine, and now I'm wearing it again for another injury. I also have the short version to sleep in.

Very secure brace for 5th metatarsal fracture
Fractured my 5th metatarsal 1 week before vacation and this kept me moving. It’s a little warm and you need to wear long songs or ace wrap to keep it from rubbing your skin. Don’t lose the extra comfort padding that comes with it, you’ll need it. The pump is a major plus as it creates a snug fit. Very easy to use and doesn’t weigh that much. I also bought a cover of for the boot to wear at the beach. Tried the shorter ankle boot version but it was not as secure or comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great fit, great support BUT strap broke
Initially, I was pleasantly surprised how well this boot worked for my sprained ankle. I never needed a boot before and read the poor reviews to be prepared for any issues. I bought this boot in size SMALL for my shoe size 7-7.5, and it fit perfectly. It’s not too heavy and gave me just the right support, even uninflated. Today, unfortunately, the second Velcro strip simply tore, and now I can’t fasten it. I didn’t apply too much force or do anything else that could have caused it. It still somewhat works and gives my ankle support, but I feel I have to be more cautious when walking. It does not appear that the velcro strap can be replaced. I had really hoped this would last longer than 4 days. I don’t think I can return it, because I walked on it quite a bit and have some dog hair on it. I guess I will tape my ankle with athletic tape to give it extra support. Too bad!!!
