Very very bad product .. Dont waste ur money and time
Very bad and cheap product.I have kept in a microwave for less then a minute as per the instructions and it catches fire in the microwave..Don't buy this product.

good product buy could be better.
The product is good but 3 cells did not hydrate. Looks like some defect. I did not bother to return the product because my mother was using it. If all the cells would have hydrated, my rating would have been 4star plus.

Deceptive image.
The picture here , showing the ice pack around the ankle is deceptive. It definitely is possible to maneuver the rectangle piece to fit around your ankles, somewhat awkwardly. It is not designed to fit your ankles as the picture implies. It is simple a rectangle bag with straps. The straps could have done with some better design.The ice pack though does its work. And if was the calf or the thigh or your back that you need this for, then it will do its job just fine.Rating it low because of the deceptive image and incomplete description.

Buy one and use for knee or ankle....both are the same
Strangely there is no difference in the pack if you order for your Knee or Ankle. I would think it would be a different fit for the ankle but no....its a rectangular one with an ice pack to be wrapped around. Would have been great if this was explained while I bought the knee one. Now I two identical ones.
