It's not working. It's not even been a month I bought this product.Either Amazon or KERA company is not taking any responsibility for the complaintIt's is still in Warranty.

I used it for a month only,but it is not working now, full waste of money

I am not sure whether this product is actually as great as the ads say. My hair isn't looking salon straight with use and now I am thinking maybe I shouldn't have invested so much money on it when I already have a straightner.However maybe it works with other hair types. Wouldn't recommend anyone who already has a straightner. If of any help, I used it at 185. Don't think I will want to use any more heat then this on my thin and wavy hair. Total waste of money for me as it didn't have a 30 day return policy like the other sites.Other then this, it was a smooth transaction and delivery.

Average product, can't escape using the straightener if you have thick wavy hair..

I have been using this for about a month. Best buy when it comes to hair straightening equipments. Define must try. In a matter of minutes i get silky straight hair. Quite safe to use as well.

PURCHASED 5 MONTHS AGO, MUST HAVE USED ABOUT 10 - 15 TIMES, NOT WORKING NOW! I WOUDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING THIS!

Don't know about the product quality but I received an out of order piece. It was getting switched on and there was a cut in the wire. Dear supplier, please check before selling. Don't try to loot people.
