It's not worth .else yours decision
It's worst customer care no call response. And product jacket is ok but there is little clarification that it has separate platsic seats which has feature of cold and warm . After alike few month this products us crap once sheet will get destroyed.So don't buy this product

I found it difficult to hydrate the ice packs initially as instructions were a lil confusing but using it is easy.I feel silicon ice packs would be a better option.

Modification in straps.
Alongwith two thin bands on both sides in triangular shape, another model with only 1 broad strap in the middle will have better grip & longitivity.

Can be recommended for knee injury
It is long lasting and quality is really outstanding.Too helpful in my knee injury.
