Q: Just got the pokemon watch and it's not charging. No battery charging symbol at all. Should I reset or just return it ? thanks !

It does take about an hour for the charging icon to appear, but I also noticed that you have to move the port cover really far out of the way in order to get the charger fully into the port, otherwise it won't make a good connection.

Q: How to reset watch, asking for a phone password. What is the phone password, how do i get this to reset the watch for right day & time?

My suggestion is to refer to the instruction manual that comes with the watch. My daughter needed to refer to the manual to set the date and time for my Grandson. I hope this was helpful?

Q: How do you get to the pedometer that the title and description talk about?

This model does not have a pedometer, but I wouldn't call it a "basic" watch. It does have a camera that takes video (that can be downloaded to another device) a voice recorder, and calculator among other basic smart watch functions. It just doesn't have a motion sensor, GPS, wifi or Bluetooth.

Q: How long does a charge last if you just use it as a watch alone?

3 to 4 but that's with the alarm it may last longer
