Yes it's expensive but if you are someone who spends a lot of time ironing then it's worth the money.Effortless ironing.

Does the work

Using for about 2 years. This really does not burn clothes. Super easy to use and irons + steams perfectly. Even taught the kids how to iron clothes with this iron, as I am assured that they won't burn the clothes. A little expensive than conventional irons but it really is worth having

It's an expensive product compared to normal steam irons. Almost thrice the cost!But after I bought it, I'm happy! It's a heavy iron, you don't need to do multiple runs across the fabric to clear the wrinkles.Works on a 16amp plug, so you'll have to invest in an extension box which is 16amp compatible. Tube cable feels slightly longer than normal irons.It's completely automated! So basically fill it with clean water, switch on and give it a minute... Then when you switch between different types of fabric, the iron automatically changes its temperature!Super easy to use

It does pretty much everything listed in product page , way costly online . Makes some random creaking noise when heating / cooling apart from that no complaints .

Delivers as promised

Philips after sales service is astonishingly bad. They took a month to repair the iron when the thermostat caused an issue which according to them takes 1-2 days. Else the iron used to work well.
