I am a home cook so ordered this pan to see what it can do for me.out of the box, i was extremely impressed. it's very well built. The metal is of a thick alum. and looks to be well machined. there are no sharp edges.The design of this pan is great. I love the high walls so that I can use this as both a general frying pan, but I could also use it for making sauces because of how deep it is.i included some pictures to show you overall look and cooking ability and release. The release I would say is average. I have seen some nonstick that release better, and some that release worse. but as you can see it did good enough to release an omlette with no residual.What I like most about this pan is the design and usefulness. There is attention to detail in the design. The handle is the best I have ever seen. It's a heavy duty thermo-plastic that has an artificial woodgrain and really good contour with an oversized length so it's no problem to flip. The extra length of the handle allows me to have a longer radius when I am flipping and stiring . It's a extremely ergonomic design. This feels like a pan designed by chefs.i like the addition of the pour spout indentation in the side wall. I can see using this as a sauce pan..overall I VERY highly recommend this pan. It is a very good design, materials, and practicality for everyday cooking. This is a must have.

A solid pan that feels well made and sturdy.A bit smaller than expected, which is bad, but a bit deeper than expected, which is good.Nonstick works great, and it's even better because it's not Teflon, which I have always been a bit weary of due to it's toxicity at high enough temps.4/5

It's a bit deeper than I'd like but it'll be good for when I'm reheating some of the other foods. I have yet to cook much more than eggs in it simply because I haven't cooked anything that I could use it to cook or reheat. But because of the depth it would make some nice chicken for a single person or something like that.Yes it had to be put together (handle being connected to the pan) and came with a screwdriver to do so but a lot of pans when bought in sets or online require putting the handles on, only some don't come with the screwdriver or hex wrench to fasten the handles on to pots or pans.

This is a good-looking nonstick frying pan. It has a strong handle that is comfortable to grip and stays cool when heating. It is perfect for cooking omelets (even using a minimal amount of oil). It is easy to handwash.One feature the vendor’s ad does not make clear is that the pan includes a dimple area on one side of the pan which acts as a spout for pouring hot liquids out of the pan. So, my three pictures are intended to show you that pouring aid.Here is a little hint when assembling the arm into the pan. I kept turning the screw to attach the handle without it going into the screw thread of the pan. Finally, I took the screw out and used a nail a little smaller than the screw to align the screw hole in the pan with the screw hold in the handle. I then took the nail out while holding the alignment, put the screw in and screwed in the screw.

I ordered this for my husband. He worked in a hospital kitchen for 16 years and he likes trying different knives, utensils and pots and pans. This was a size and type that we don't have.He put it together when it arrived and said that it was very easy to do. He thinks it looks sturdy and while he hasn't had a chance to use it yet, he likes this and believes it will do well.I will update the review after he has a chance to use it a few times.I would order it again largely because he was curious if it was available in different sizes and I might even give it as a gift to a friend who needs a non-stick pan or likes to cook and have different type of pans.

well made just like the sections pan. had to attach the handle, but that's ok they sent a screwdriver with it. the handle is really wood. and it's got a good weight to it. I'm hoping they come out with a lid for it or one of my lids I already have for another pan fits it, because I think I can make a lot more than omelets in this pan

Let me tell you, I've never been so excited about getting a skillet in my life. When I got the package, I was a bit confused, a little skeptical, and slightly annoyed because it was fairly small. But once I opened it, I realized it had to be put together. Then the secondary irritation came along until I took everything out and found they include a freaking screwdriver in the box! All feels got resolved in seconds and it works beautifully!
