A little boring...as it has group tasks etc... but good overall.

Guide is not so helpful. when you reading the book itself you will be analysing and diving into the complexities and principles. Mm guide. may misguide you. follow the instincts and work it out while reading book.

Great book, read with the Celestine handbook for the most benefit

This must be the best self-help book because it applies to anyone directly. There are clear stages in the approach, some will apply to this person, some to that. Redmond writes without clichés, in good international English language (no slang). Useful rescue statements. Thoughtful insights. It's not sensational stuff for people itching to be big or get richer or cure their abusive partner.(I'd advise not reading pages 22 - 31 because the dates no longer apply, and a broader historical picture has emerged showing wisdom which already existed. Too negative in my view, and I lived through all the years to which Redmond refers.) My previous copy wore out: I'd marked up pages that applied especially to me. This one will be referred to many, many times.

Very interesting. It needs studying and it certainly helps to be a better person and it gives hopes for the future of humanity.
