Burst in the Middle of the Night, $240 Wasted, and No Response from Support
I woke up in the middle of the night to find my mattress starting to burst. Just like that, in the middle of my hiking trip through Japan. I had used it for no more than 40 nights before this. I wrote to Therm-a-Rest support, but there’s been no response for two weeks now. $240 down the drain, as I can’t return the mattress to Amazon either, since the return period has expired. No response from the company, and I can’t use the mattress. Thanks, great service. Not really.

It kept me warm
It’s lightweight and easy to inflate. It kept me warm on a cold night. It is a little narrow though so my arms hung off the sides. This was a little uncomfortable, but I guess it’s a trade off given the light weight. Also, it was pretty quiet and a good value for backpacking.

Works well
Used it for winter camping, got down to 35 degrees at night and kept me warm, usually the cheap air mattresses i use freeze me out so this was a very worth it purchase.

Brand new, and wont stay inflated an hour. Quality control needs major work. Waste if my time.
