Great light weight product with 360° light, battery backup should have been better.
Prime factor to buy any emergency light is based on it's battery backup & luminosity. This one has - 1. Battery backup(3000 mAh) of 4 hours at 75% luminosity which is enough for reading & writing. 2. The lithium battery is very light weight, (better than lead acid battery) used normally in mobiles, but the backup should be even better. 3. You will get a replaced product within 6 months of buying, in case you need it, but you can't buy the same battery from open market as it is not made available by Wipro, in case you need it after 2-3years, you have to use local mobile battery,confirmed by the Wipro customer service representative(contact 1800 425 1969). 4. You get a very light weight emergency with 360° coverage with this. 5. You have to charge it 5-6 hours for 100% battery storage. 6. In case if you are not using it, you have to charge it for around 40 minutes in every 15 days in order to maintain it's functionality. 7. I noticed no con except the battery backup which is good but not great by modern technology standard . 8. Got it for RS. 749, if you are ok with lead acid battery then Eveready HL 52(RS. 1200) is a good competitive product to this & if you want all in one then go for syska 3036RM model (RS.1800),this emergency has micro SD card & FM playbility with good lithium ion battery--- good luck & happy purchase to everyone...

Good but not great. LUMENS should be HIGHER.
Its gives you 360 degree light for sure. Quality is good but not great. Not that bright but would fulfill small light needs at home.

Very Usefull and Effective.
I purchased in 2017 and its mid 2026. Working fine even today. Sturdy n long lasting. Very luminous and you can control the luminous. Very very usefull n effective.

Worst product with worst customer care service
Don't buy this product. The product has developed a automatic battery discharge issue after just occasional using it for 2 month. Even after charging the emergency light continuously for about 8 hours, the battery backup lasts without use only last 1–2 days . By the third day, the battery is completely automatic drain without using it, and the emergency light does not turn on when needed. Also I try to claim my warranty service for it. but their is no response from Wipro team.
