Compact powerhouse
My review is for two products together (1) FNS COOLNUT 20000mAh and (2) COOLNUT CMPBAND-53 20000mAh. I had bought them together; I am using one of them and my son uses the other – both the models change hands from time to time. All the accessories (of both the models) have been mixed up; hence difficult to describe them separately. One came with a charger and other didn’t have one. But both the models are giving a superb performance.Design – attractive, compact, handy; has a good grip.Performance – as described. Charging is quite fast. It has auto off mechanism when your mobile battery is fully charged, or when you disconnect the load (mobile). Haven’t checked the exact capacity, but I can charge my moto g 5 several times.Customer service – can’t comment now. Haven’t had the reason to contact customer service; hoping that I don’t have to.Verdict – a dependable compact power house. Go for it.

can't say buy it blindly because not all sellers sell deliver/sell properly/genuine but product wise judgement by me, go for it blindly. a lot better than my previous ambrane 13000 powerbank which charges my mobile slow like a 50 cc bike and no power off switch. but this feels like real monster with 200 cc horsepowervery comfortable in charging mobiles as if i was charging from socket and also fast charge support.looks little big in size but no problem at all because of 20000 mah battery and charging the powerbank 0-100 is taking nearly 11-13 hours

Based on a friend's recommendation, I bought FNS COOLNUT 20000mAh Power Bank as I needed a reliable power bank with high rating for my work. I must say that it has worked well since the time I have bought it in mid April 2018. Yes, it is on the heavier side, but that was already known when I placed the order. If somehow it can be made lighter than the existing weight, it would be wonderful. I had a few queries which was answered promptly by the customer service person of PANTAGONE TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD.

though the product seems to be good, i am confused as to why the power from this power bank is automatically cut off as soon as the charge on my phone reaches 90-95%. Is it same for everyone? not sure though. the apple charger connector doesn't work.only positive is the charge in the power bank holds for good 5-6 full charges.

I have purchased this product. But just after 1 month it is not working. And when I tried to contact to the seller, No response from their end. This device got charged full, but no other devices are getting charged from this power bank.

It’s a very good product. Just bought some weeks back. Working fine. Only problem is it’s too heavy. Otherwise very good and sturdy look. Price is reasonable. Go for it if you are planning for a weekend trip without charger.
