Tara Toys Barbie Be A Fashion Designer

My 9 yr old daughter loves this! She is very into fashion and Barbie so when I saw this I knew it had to be part of her birthday gift. It was a great price for her brother to purchase. She seems to enjoy dressing her dolls in the dresses, and has used some of the decorations. Most of what she creates stays in place, and seems to fit any Barbie doll.

My daughter loved this, it kept her occupied for hours.

This Christmas my 4 1/2 yr. old granddaughter is getting everything Barbie. She loves playing with the dolls and so I thought she would enjoy this set of clothes that she can design herself. I did not open the box, so I will update this review after Christmas which is the reason for only 4 stars.

Clothes felt cheap

My 4-year-old granddaughter loves fashion and Barbies so this seemed like a no-brainer. Unfortunately, while the concept is good, the execution is terrible. The plain clothing items are fine, but the decorations do not adhere to them because the "glitter glue" is just glitter. Some of the stickers would stay on, but there's no way to attach the other trims. You'd need tacky glue or another fabric glue to make this work. She quickly lost interest, and I doubt we'll continue.

Fun concept but clothes ripped a couple days after purchase

The item itself was really cute but it was shipped in a bag and was totally smashed. Not presentable as a gift. Couldn’t get it replaced. Bummer!
