I encountered a very intrusive noise problem when recording music to my new computer via a USB soundcard. I could hear that it was computer related because the noise changed as I moved the mouse or did something that was graphics intensive.After a lot of reading up on the problems, ruling out mains interference/grounding problems etc., and with no expectations, I thought I would try this USB Isolator.And .... it completely solved the problem. 😁I inserted it between my USB recording sources (via a USB A hub) and the computer, and all the noise problems just disappeared.I'm very happy with this straightforward and inexpensive solution.

Used on a passive usb hub - 3 synths - no ground noise! Very happy.

DSD Tech SH-G01L. Bought to silence computer electronic noise being sent back to the NUX Amp Core Studio guitar pedal through a USB cable while the pedal is connected to my computer. The device does the job, completely eliminating USB noise.This is a great buy, cheaper than some other options.

I got this together with a much more expensive model from another brand, this actually reduced noise from a usb powered Roland TB-03 but the more expensive model from another brand did nothing surprisingly so kept this and sent the other one back.

Should you be buying this to help with noise on your HF Radio from your PC when using it for the likes of RIG control or FT8 data etc then do not buy this, The product created more noise on my radio on the 10m band than it did not using it, To be honest i didnt have any noise but this made noise and is shockingly bad, I wanted it to help with RF interference and it did not do the job.

Immediately stopped a latent buzz from my USB -> 3.5mm audio card. Perfect device!

Great product, works great. Used it to eliminate a high pitched noise in my HX Stomp guitar pedal. It always whined terribly in the audio path when connected to USB in my setup; dead silent now with USB connected. Very happy with this.

Get rid of the noise created by a groundloop completely, without breaking the bank compared to other solutions.

This is a great USB isolator. I have a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 1st Gen. It connects to my computer with a noisy Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. When I'm playing games, I can hear the horrible electrical interference any time I have any outputs (namely the monitor outputs that I'm using) on the 18i20 connected to my Ashly LX-308B (a stereo, balanced line level mixer) that I use for listening to my PC, Xbox, and monitoring the audio interface. Therefore, I'd have to disconnect my audio interface's audio outputs when I played PC games, so I wasn't even given the choice to be able to monitor anything on the 18i20. I'd have to use another DAC to listen to the games. This wasn't a dealbreaker but was very annoying.Enter this isolator. It just plugs in, needs no extra power, and eliminates all of the noise. It's essential and works without any issues. It's also the cheapest option out there, so I'm very happy with it.If you're trying to do software defined radio USB, do not get this. The isolator chip in it will not perform well for radio. For 99% of users, you won't care about that (I didn't even know it was a thing until I saw a bad review on this), and you will have no issues with it.The 400 mA may not be enough for the hungriest of devices, but you can use this with a USB hub so that your device can get galvanic isolation from the PC but still get the data. I've never had noise issues from USB-IF compliant USB 2.0 hubs. I can confirm that it's a nonissue for the AC powered 18i20, though. 400 mA is already way more than what the competitors offer for more money. You do not need the 100-dollar ones that claim 32-bit 768 kHz. Just get this.

Asus z790 wifi plus hatte rauschen auf focusrite scarlett 18i20, dass mit meinem mac nicht auftrat. Nach langer Suche fand ich diesen USB stecker, echt kein Plan was er macht aber das rauschen ist weg. Ich bin einfach begeistert, 2k pc und usb noise und dann so n 30€ Teil, unfassbar. Asus z790 wifi plus ich schreibs nochmal damit leute mit dem gleichen mainboard vielleicht drauf aufmerksam werden

Jeżeli trafileś tutaj bo twoje monitory studyjne (KRK) na twoim interfejsie (Focusite scarllet solo 4 gen) - buczą albo trzeszczą, szczególnie przy ruchach myszki, albo przy wlączeniu gry - to masz ten sam problem co ja - klasyczna pętla masy :( Ale dobra informacja to ta - że to urzedzenie go rozwiazalo w 100 %!! Problem rozwiązany :-) POLECAM, nie pożałujesz !!!
