Easy disolving
This powder dissolves supper easy in water and tastes ok. Great dose of creatine. I have tried gummies and some of the. The flavor is just awful so mixing in your favorite drink is better for me.

Noticeable recovery
I workout regularly and while I’m not trying to get “big” (and so haven’t gotten into protein powders), I also don’t want to be dragged down each morning by soreness and tiredness so much - creatine seems to do the trick and this product was no exception.Powder dissolved easily into liquids with no trouble and no added taste. I do prefer capsules as they’re easier for me to remember, but powder absorbs better from my understanding.I noticed a difference in how sore my muscles felt (a little less) and my stamina then for more workouts within about 1-2 weeks of regular use.I would buy again.

It dissolves well
I've used a lot of different creatines over the years. I far prefer powder over the gummies that are everywhere these days. Who needs the added sugars right? I've tried several since the company I used to love went out of business awhile back. While I haven't seen anything exceptional yet as far as the effect, I can attest that it seems to mix pretty well and is less grainy than a lot of others. I've been mixing it in with a meal replacement shake and it doesn't affect the taste and I barely notice it at all.

Tastes fine and dissolves easy!
I put a scoop or two of this into my daily PWO when I head to the gym. Dissolves easy, seems to be finely ground. No issues either with digestion or flavor. Tastes fine. Seems to be more or less on par with the other creatines I have used in the past. Would get again!

Good pump
I e been using this product for a couple weeks now and can say it delivers a good pump into your workouts. Definitely a good powder to keep around if you aren’t taking any creatine in your current supplement stacks.

Not bad
I have just started to work out a lot more and get into all the stuff I need to maximize everything so I figured this would help as well. It mixes well with water and no clumps or grit left after shaking and stuff. Flavorless so I tend to either drink the water or I will toss in a water flavor packet or some kind of flavor mix and it's not bad. It's got all the good stuff I need for my workouts and am enjoying it so far.

Seems like a quality creatine supplement
If you workout regularly, creatine should be on your list of supplements. It's important for muscle recovery and growth. Creatine has a long history of safe use as a supplement. It's been on the market for over 30 years with numerous publications supporting its safe and effective use as a sport supplement. When comparing creatine supplements, I look for two things: 1) Is it micronized for easy absorption? and 2) How does it compare in price per gram to other micronized creatine supplements?Unfortunately, the label for this product does not tell us if it is micronized, however it is a fairly fine powder and mixes well with liquids, so I'm thinking it is at least partly micronized. Since they do not give us this information, I've taken away 1 star from the rating. You'll need to do your own price comparisons to determine it's cost-effectiveness.BOTTOM LINE: It mixes well and appears to be a quality product. Just wish we had more information on whether it is micronized.

Tasteless and mixes easily!
I put some of this in an empty bike bottle and add some water at the end of my ride to consume it. No taste. I appreciated that it's the registered Creapure compound. Hoping it helps my leg strength and my new journey into some upper body strength training that many bicyclists lack.
