No arch support.
Comfortable, but flimsy. Easily folds in half. There's no arch support in these at all which is fine if you're just looking for something with cushion, but they will not work for me, as I have plantar fasciitis. I will be returning them.

Relief of stress on my aching feet and legs!
I can't say enough about the SOLE LAB inserts! I'm on my feet all day; walking, running, or just standing. Not only do my feet feel relief with the flat insoles, but my legs aren't as tired at the end of my shift. Definitely recommend SOLE LAB!

Does not fit flats. Better for sneakers.
I ordered the size for women’s flats and they did not fit. They are too thick to put into a ballet slipper style shoe. I ended up putting them in an old pair of sneakers that needed new insoles but I wouldn’t buy these for flats/ballet shoes.

Great for boots too.
I bought these for my shoes but have also used them in my winter boots and rain boots. Keep my feet warm and add support when I'm walking the dogs more than a mile or 2. So comfortable... want a pair for all my shoes. Price seems really reasonable too so feel I can buy 4-5 pairs. I do buy 1/2 size smaller though so they don't stretch my perfect size boots... and I like the little lift... I walked about 5 miles in my boots (should have worn my sneakers), and my feet felt great the whole time. No shin splints the next day either. Love them.

Shoes too loose? These Inserts will give you a perfect fit!
Absotulely fabulous! I like to buy my shoes online because of the unlimited choices I have for styles and colors. BUT ... the WIDTHS vary among shoe manufacturers. Some of the Mediums are just too Wide for my feet. I just purchased some summer flats and thought I would have to return them until I came across these INSOLES FOR WOMEN'S FLATS. The shoes are now a PERFECT fit. I am going to buy more to adjust any new shoes I get that are a problem and also for some of my older shoes and rain boots that have gotten too loose.

super comfy
I got these for a pair of rain boots that were so un-supportive I couldn't even wear them. These were perfect. I've also been using them in some flats that I have, and they're great. I will be buying more for sure.

VERY Flimsy soft thin product NOT FOR PLANTAR FASCIITIS
I feel bad I did not get to review these right away. I've had PF for 10 months and willing to try anything to help it. I've bought about 8 different kinds of insoles and these were definitely the worst for PF. They are a nice insert if you don't have feet problems I guess. They have no arch support and very thin heel cushion - what IS needed for PF. Sorry I don't like them at all but too late to get a refund. Lucky they were only $8.95 w/o shipping. (amazon prime member).
