Old and used product received.
Got the worst product. The head ball is not stable at all and the screw to tight the head ball is rusted and not fighting properly. The product in the image is different and the product received is different. Totally disappointed. Also observed in previous reviews the same product has been delivered to the customer. I believed the customer who returns the products is again sent to the one who is ordering it. Not a fair show to do it. If customer says and returns the product is not good that kind of product shouldn't be delivered again to any other customer.

Exactly what I neeed
This is a useful items for webcam mounting over any tripod etc as it provides good distance with easy fit and flexible movement. It is sturdy, but little high on price. It needed it thus ordered.

Waste of money | Invest in branded products for long life
Product quality is very low. Not stable at all. The screw is of very poor quality. Can't even hold a smartphone stable.

Good for the price
Screw which tighten the adjustable head could be lose without proper care. That is the only cons for the item. In other respect it is good for the price.
