Embroidery Designs can be downloaded onto a memory pen and read by this machine.
Fantastic machine which comes with some basic designs all ready to stitch out. Embroidery thread and some stabiliser also included. What is best is the after service and support given by the Poolin team, they are fantastic.There are many videos by Poolin on how to use the machine.The handling by the delivery service could have been better as my needle was bent (some spares included) and some panels were loose. The machine worked and the team helped me check my machine.They have also helped me upgrade it, giving clear instructions on a video how to do it.

Great product & excellent customer service
Great product and even better customer service. Iโm still learning how to use this and the help from their team has been excellent, they are helping me step by step with any issues iam having whilst learning how to use this machine. The machine itself is incredible. Having issues with my own designs (my problem not the machine) but the preloaded designs work perfectly!

Poolin after sales help
Brilliant machine had trouble downloading patterns from pc to mahine but with the excellent help of the sales technician Luke Ren we managed to get it sorted

Not as good as you would expect
Needles keep breaking. The alignment is slightly out so causes carnage. Was really expensive for what it is
