Super cute. Bought for myself and my ling distance boyfriend. We love them. At first I received a damaged item but within 2 days a replacement was delivered at no extra cost and without needing to return the damaged one. Great customer service

This is dreadful. It simply doesn't work as described. You need to have both apps open and both on WiFi for the bracelets to work which defeats the whole concept of simply tapping the bracelet and sending a buzz. DO NOT BUY THIS. I bought this so my daughter and I could love buzz each other when she started her new secondary school. It was meant to be a lovely mummy daughter thing.

Works great and it’s very cute however, the black sun one’s chain snapped within a few days of having it.

Broke in the first month and I got a refund and it went to the wrong card now I can’t even get money back so yeah

one of them is faulty and you will not get a replacement for it if the same happens to you. not worth the amount i paid for it

It arrives stunningly packaged and the weight feels good and like it’s well made, however in my experience they won’t charge or link to the app. When I put it on a charger, it flashed three times the first couple of times and that’s all that happened. I can tell from reviews that this is an ongoing problem, I have written to the manufacturer and the response has been less than satisfactory. I’m now glad I didn’t go for the more expensive one with the semiprecious stones. An absolute waste of time and money, I originally purchased as a birthday treat for myself and a close friend who is in a different country. Highly frustrated with the situation and the lack of support.

I love the idea - my partner is traveling with work overseas for 2 months and I thought this would be a cute gift. Unfortunately after trying it out - we both have come to the conclusion it’s not really worth it. The need to keep the app open, your phone on you, and just getting notifications from the app on my Apple Watch - we both realized there really was no point to this - we could easily send a ❤️ emoji in a text with less worry that app is not open in the background or being buggy. Cute idea - but kinda worthless especially for the cost. Regardless the changer and bracelet is well made in their quality - I just wish they were less phone/app dependent- it kinda makes them pointless.

They do work, the value for money isn’t really up there honestly, they do look cool and feel quality but putting them on is a two person job and just a pain to take on and off every day. The materials felt quality.
