Snooper SC5900 BUS DVR EU Bus and Coach Navigation System with Dash Cam

My first problem was trying to register it on the Snooper Site. I could put in the serial number but a drop down menu to input the model (ie SC5900) did not get a mention. As a result of this I could not update the maps as I was told the Model is incorrect.After waiting 90 mins on phone for tech support the told me to take a picture of error message and send it to their support.Was impossible to take a pic of error log as requested so I told the tech that it was going back.I did try it on the road for about 20 miles and it froze twice. It’s called a Bus and Coach system but as far as I could make out was that I was entering the dimensions of a truck with a whole lot of extra windows. It did not recognize any Bus lane in cities whatsoever. So I figure it a misnamed Truck sat nav.Luckily I purchased it from Amazon so a refund was immediate.
