Purchased for my grandson so he'd have a backup. He's autistic and goes through controllers pretty quickly.I absolutely love that I can use my phone charger on these!! And once charged, it holds a charge for up to 3 days, unless you are playing all day long. This weekend, my grandson was fortnite binging, and he had 10 full hours before it needed to be charged.All the functions work as they should. No tightness, jerking, looseness in the joy stick. Just as good as the Sony controller, only lighter.This is a win win in my book. Will definitely buy again.

At this price, this third-party controller can't be beat. Included 2 charging cables. If I could I would deduct maybe half a star for the unmarked face buttons, but I can't so I'll leave it at 5. Doesn't matter to me, but someone unfamiliar with what the buttons are called might have trouble following on-screen prompts. The official PS4 controller buttons are the exact same size, so it's possible to swap them in. That's what I did, and it wasn't too difficult for me, but it might be a little tricky for someone who's never disassembled and worked on small electronics before. All in all very happy with these, they are a fantastic value.

1. When I game I don't like local background noise in my game2. Easier to focus on game when local distractions are muffled3. Game play can be done while others are doing their own thing and not being disturbed by my gaming on loud 🔊 (don't wake the neighbors at 3am)

Nice looking and feeling controllers. Good price. The electronics leave something to be desired. I've only had these like 2 weeks and probably wouldn't buy them again. They disconnect from my PS4 constantly. They also take on a life of their own as far as joystick and button movements. I was playing rdr2 and my character just kept spinning around in circles for no reason. Game glitch? I don't think so. Doesn't always turn on the PlayStation with the buttons on the remote. Battery life isn't as good as a real Sony, even my 15-year-old controller. It's fine for as often as I play video games which is not that often. Used more for turning on streaming services. They'll do the job but I wouldn't really recommend them especially if you're playing online. If you're playing call of duty or something online they're going to disconnect on you and then you're sitting duck.UPDATE!!!5 WEEKS OF OWNERSHIP AND THEY'RE BOTH DEAD. AVOID THIS TRASH!!!

I used this controller to play PS4 games on my PS5. The controller is very responsive. The button mapping is just like the OEM, but the palm configuration is slightly smaller. For extended play, this makes gaming less tiresome and ache less. I actually like the size of the controller. Bought this to replace my controller due to drift issue and for the price of this, I get 2 controllers for half the price of the OEM. I gave this 4 stars due to 2 factors. The main negative gripe is that you can turn the Playstation on by pressing the PS button, but then the controller shuts off. You then have to reconnect your controller with the PlayStation by pressing the PS button again.. more like 2 or three times (after it timed out). So this process takes several minutes to fully connect. But once it is paired again, you can play as long as you want. The second factor is the controller charges slower than the OEM. The charging cable provided is relatively short so I used the PS5 cable, which came with the same port.

My son loves playing with these new controllers and hasn't complained about them one time in 2 months of heavy playing time.

I'm very pleasantly surprised by these. I have grown accustomed to the factory controller and these have a very close feel and are much more affordable.
